When we walked in Granite Surfaces International, I was greeted by sandy. I actually knew her from years ago, so it was nice seeing a familiar face. We were then introduced to a new sales person. He was very friendly. He maybe needs more knowledge regarding the business, but I think he was just starting out. It was my first time using their services, and they installed a granite countertop with a granite composite sink. The work turned out excellent. The granite slab was perfect and just what we wanted, and we bought it directly from GSI. The installers were very nice as well, but they did have to come back twice to level off a few spots in the granite. more

My experience in working with Granite Surfaces International Inc. was very good overall. They took their time and answered all my questions, were very tolerant of my thorough questioning and initial hesistation, reassured me of their product and when it came down to it they did a very good job. The guys were very prompt in arrival and even called beforehand to let me know they were heading over. This kind of service went above and beyond my expectations and I will continue to use their service in the future as needed be. The customer service at Granite Surfaces International was awesome. The gentleman who helped me pick up the granite was into what I wanted, so that's what he did. He wasn't pushy towards me. The guy who came to measure was very nice. The installers were excellent, too! I love the granite bathroom vanity and sink that they installed. I want to use them again for another project. more

I bought my granite from Granite Surfaces International and found the salesgirl, Christy, to be very helpful and the guy who came out and measured everything, Adam, was very professional and did a nice job. I went in Granite Surfaces International looking for a small granite countertop for my bathroom and I immediately felt warm and friendly with the people who work there. They were willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. They got back to me when they said they would and finished the job when they said it would be done. Even when a little thing went wrong, they had a gal deliver the tiles when they came in. Even when a small mistake happened, they had a great recovery. more

Granite Surfaces International Inc. put new granite counter tops in my kitchen. That included giving me information on places where I could look at samples. The person at the store itself was very, very helpful. She was willing to explain things and help me figure out what I needed to be focusing on. The installer who came out was great at talking about actions. We talked about possibilities that would look good, and about a part of the slab that we actually wouldn't need to use. I just felt that Granite Surfaces were so helpful and so informative compared to other places I had considered. One drawback was that I had asked for a small piece that had been cut out about four times, and still never received it. Obviously, though, the amazing job they did balanced that out! more

We ordered new granite tops from Granite Surfaces International Inc. Communication during the sales process went just fine. The installers provided us with excellent service. They were pleasant. We were in a last minute bind last December, and Granite Surfaces International Inc. went above and beyond to help us. We purchased some granite and actually first went to a competitor of theirs for a quote. They gave us the quote but informed us that the project would not be able to be completed before Christmas, which we really needed it done by. The competitor told us that no one would be able to get it done for us by then. We didn't know what to do, so we drove down the street. We noticed a business with slabs of granite on the outside and went see if they could do anything for our situation. They ended up matching the competitor's quote. They came to our home to measure on a Tuesday, had everything fabricated by Wednesday, and said they would be there on Friday to do the job. By Thursday, there was a huge snow storm, but they said the truck was all loaded and that they would be there on Friday morning. I asked them, "Have you seen the weather outside?" All of the businesses in my town were closed. The poor guys still came the hour drive to our house. They were here by 10am and finished with everything by around 1pm. They did a wonderful job with the installation. Everything was just perfect. I even offered them some crackers and sausage afterwards. By Christmas time, I was getting compliments from all of my guests. My house is forty-five years old, and nothing has been done to it since. My sister said, "WOW," when she saw it! All of the people we worked with at GSI truly went above and beyond for us. We were more than extremely satisfied! more

Granite Surfaces International replaced the counter tops in my kitchen, worked on a kitchen island and sun room, and put in a new sink. They were timely, they called us, and they were very professional throughout the whole entire process. A person I work for used them and they seemed to have no complaints also. I thought since it worked for them, it would work for me. Everything they did looks beautiful. We get a lot of compliments on it. It looks very, very nice. There were no bumps in the whole process. Everything went smoothly, and I know things can happen. But from the plumber to the installer to the measurements taken to the person we went to check out the slabs of granite from, we had no problems whatsoever. They were all very nice, welcoming, and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody. more

Granite Surfaces International was easy to deal with, had a unique product, met their time frames, and the installation was done without any issue. They delivered what they promised. They did a granite vanity top for the bathroom. The person designing the tops and I went back and forth. I gave him measurements and he did the drawings. They cut the holes right for the sink and faucets. The installers did a fine job. I would definitely use them again. If people need granite work I would definitely recommend them. more

We had quite a bit of work done. We got work done on our kitchen, two bathrooms, a utility room, and a planning desk. They accomplished it all within several days. Everyone we dealt with was very competent. more

A friend of mine knew the sales lady, so I went in and talked to her. I was very happy with all of the info she gave. She quickly quoted me a price and we got the ball rolling from there. Everything was smooth and quick on the installation. I ordered a few more accessories afterwards and they came in quickly. more
