In the days leading up to my service call, responses were prompt and timely. I had a great deal of confidence in Gorge's ability to address my issue. However, on the day of my scheduled service (a Saturday) we encountered an unexpected problem requiring assistance from service staff. We had a serious time crunch and responses from the staff were not timely at all, nearly causing a significant delay that could have led to our postponing our appointment and leading to a great deal of additional cost and inconvenience for us. I have the feeling that perhaps business is too brisk on the weekends for the level of staffing on Saturdays.
