Unscheduled appointment 5/23/2014

Clunk yesterday and pain today... Of course right before a big weekend. I had my XC90 towed to Gorges (9am), gave them a call and figured it was going to sit for a couple days until they could check it out. I was assured by the service department staff they would be able to take a look and by the 3pm everything was repaired and ready. No impact on my Memorial Day trip, thanks Gorges Volvo, just another example of why I will not to anywhere else! more

The service department---Cory 5/21/2014

Cory is outstanding. Not only did he get our car in and out in a timely manner, he kept me updated throughout the day, arranged for us to have a car and greeted me and my husband by our first names. He is a jewel. Corey and the service department at Volvo are outstanding and are the reason I will ALWAYS buy from Gorges. My S40 is 10 years old with 210,000 miles and still going strong because of them. Awesome! more

friendly sales people. 5/19/2014

Overall good experience but my title should have been given to me right away me paying my vehicle cash and it decayed 18 days..I had to call them three times before they could send it. So I don't blame the sales manager but whoever handles the title registration etc.. more

Generally, very good service 5/18/2014

We took our vehicle in because it was shifting oddly. After examining the vehicle, they determined that it required several software updates. My only question would be, why aren't these types of updates done at normal maintenance checks? The car was just in for its 37,000 mile service a week prior. It would have saved us and the shop time and money if this was taken care of then. more

I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and polite all the employees were to me just for a standard oil change. There were a few extra charges but it was still the best deal I found. I will go back. more

Prompt service and support 5/17/2014

I brought my car in for 20,000 mile maintenance and yearly detailing. I had a new loaner car ready for me to use when I got there and the car was ready 3 hours before I expected it to be done. I had a leaky tire that was also repaired. Service was just as promised. Car looked great when I picked it up! Personnel were courteous and friendly. more
