Mike was curteous, explained what would need replacing in a clear and easy to understand manner, and generally made the repair experience very much a non-event. 5/22/2014

Mike was the technician that repaired the broken springs and replaced the other moving parts that work along with the springs to do the mechanical work apart from the electric opener unit. He explained everything clearly, then efficiently repaired/replaced what was needed and had the door back up and running in a short period of time. That, along with the 5 year warranty, left a positive feeling about the experience. Thanks, Mike! more

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! 5/19/2014

Thank you Girard's Garage Door Services! We called yesterday and left a message - and you called right back. You then committed to being at our home the next day between 4pm-6pm. Guess what? It happened! Vince arrived and quickly determined that our problem was that our brackets were for wooden doors not metal. He changed our problem door and our other garage door as well. Thank you, Vince! Vince was not only thorough but an absolute professional, taking the time to explain everything to us. more

I called first thing in the morning and technician arrived within 2 hours. He was polite, pleasant and clearly competent. He was able to quickly replace the springs and return the door to working order. I would use them again if need arose. more

A Very Positive Experience 5/2/2014

After the spring on our garage door broke I called the company that installed the door and was told I would hear from someone in 1 to 2 days. Having an immediate need to get the repair, I found Girard's Garage Door Services online. I was given an appointment time of noon to 2pm on that day. Mike showed up on time, explained the process and the advantages of each option we were given. Mike completed the task, explained what was done and left our garage door better then he found it! Very Satisfied!! more

Excellent Service! 4/25/2014

We've used Garage Door Services a while ago and they did such a great job that we never had a reason to call them back, until........ I accidentally hit and took out one of the sensors. I called GDS and they had someone out asap. Mike came out quickly, on time and had the sensor replaced and working really fast! I would highly recommend this company. more

I was totally happy with the experience that I had with Girard's Garage Door 4/25/2014

On April 21 the springs on my garage door broke leaving it stuck half way up. I talked to Tommy who gave me an appointment for the next day. Later he called back to give me the option of calling a competitor to see if I could get them out sooner. I was amazed with this reaction and said that I would wait for Girard's to come the next day. However, Tommy worked a miracle and sent Vincent at 7pm who repaired the door by 8:30pm. What a company! They were more concerned with my problem than with making money. Thank you Tommy, Vincent and the owners of Girard's Garage Door. more

Prompt - there within 3 hours. Pricing very good! Totally satisfied. 4/22/2014

I called in the morning and they were there right away. Had to replace my old opener. Very pleased with the pricing as it was almost $200 less than a similar one we had installed last year. Mike D. was very informative, efficient, and did a great job. I will never call anyone else but Girard's. more

He was very informative about what was wrong with the door, explaining everything to me and what he needed to do to fix the problem. Mike said he would have it up and working in 30 minutes. Mike completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Mike was very professional , and also had a great personality. I would highly recommend Girard Garage Door services. Great job Mike ! more

Quick and professional 4/17/2014

Thanks to Mike my car was no longer stuck in the garage after a coil had snapped. mike was able to come to my home within 3 hours of my call, which I think is great for an emergency call! Mike gave me all the options and worked quickly to replace my opener. more

Fast response and great service 4/14/2014

We called at 5pm. They called back within 10 minutes. After hearing our situation, they said they wouldn't make it out that night but would be there between 10 an 12 the next day. They arrived within 10 minutes of that window of time and presented all of our options and costs and ensured us that they would only need 1 hour to fix the issue (broken spring and roller). The workers (Mike and Jesse) were friendly, knowledgeable and fast. The door works again and is quieter than before. I would definitely recommend them. more

The Young man Named Mike, from the start of the job explain to me all the options that were available to me in fixing my garage. What I like most of all he gave me the facts and let me make my own choice and did not try to force me into a sale. The work was perform with skill and he had patient in explaining all the details to me. more

Garage door wouldn't open 4/1/2014

Without warning, our garage door wouldn't open. We found Girard's in the phone book and called. The woman who answered was very polite and told us someone would be at our home within an hour. Mike and Jesse called to confirm 10 minutes before arriving. They diagnosed a broken spring, and we decided to also replace the rollers. Mike and Jesse were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. more
