Without warning, our garage door wouldn't open. We found Girard's in the phone book and called. The woman who answered was very polite and told us someone would be at our home within an hour. Mike and Jesse called to confirm 10 minutes before arriving. They diagnosed a broken spring, and we decided to also replace the rollers. Mike and Jesse were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
