Excellent service 8/31/2012

Blair and Ryan were on time and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. I thought the door would need to be replaced but they were able to repair the door beyond my expectation. I was very appreciative of that since we weren't ready to replace the door just yet. Would definitely buy and recommend from Girard's without hesitation. Very fair and friendly technicians. more

The tech you sent, Shem, was very friendly and know what the problem was with my door right away. Shem fixed the door in about 10 minutes and show the the safety features of the liftmaster. I was impressed with how quickly and dilagent Shem worked. more

After being disappointed with the Sears lack of customer service, I found Girard,s to be a welcome relief. 8/28/2012

I called Girard's after a fourth attempt to have my garage door opener repaired by a Sear's technician who obviously did not know what he was doing. I received the same day service from Girard's who sent a young man named Mike who was courteous, knowledgable and professional. He provided great guidance along with service the way it used to be in this country. I can not say how pleased I was with the experience of having Girard's satisfactory handle the problem with my garage door opener. George M. more

Had door working as good as new 8/24/2012

We had a good experience with Girard's Garage Door Service..When the technician was done,the door was as good as new. Blair the tech had fine tuned it and it worked very quiet. Would recommend them for Garage door service. more

Shem came to my house to give me an estimate on repair and installation of garage door opener. He was knowledgeable and thorough and not pushy at all. He repaired and installed door opener right then and there and was very thorough in explaining all features. Thank you Shem. more

GREAT JOB - VERY PROFESSIONAL 8/20/2012

I called Girard's Garage Door Services and was promptly set up for an appointment. Blair called ahead, was a few minutes early, and exceeded expectations. I was told my garage door was messed up by a family handyman and Blair had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. As a result of his efforts, I now have a garage door that runs smoothly and very quietly with no issues! Before he left, he made sure all questions and concerns were answered and even assisted in programming the remotes. Awesome job. more

Exceptional service from start to finish! 8/17/2012

From the initial inquiry through service completion, the crew at Girard's delivered one of the best service experiences I've had in a while. The phone agents handled my call promptly and professionally; the technicians were consultative and helped me understand my issue before I decided to use their services. Dan came out for the service call. Within ten minutes of his departure, I received a follow up call from Tommy--who was on vacation! That sealed the deal for me. Blair was the technician who actually installed our new coils. He had a great attitude and approached his work like a seasoned craftsman. Kudos to Girard's management for selecting and developing such a great team and service mindset. Girard's is my go to shop for any future issues. I would definitely recommend them for any garage issue. more
