If I want to look and feel good, I go to Gianna Christine. I absolutely love my esthetician, Lindsey! She really understands brows. I go to her for ALL of my waxing needs. She also gives the most relaxing facial I've ever had. Almost every stylist there has had their hands in my hair for cut and color, and I have been blown away every time. The front desk is always welcoming, even if they're busy, and are more than happy to help me with anythind I need. I've never had a better experience anywhere else. You can tell they love what they do. more

Amazing Salon 6/12/2010

I have been a customer for over 3 years and love going to Gianna Christine every time. Lauren Toya, my hair stylist, is fantastic! She knows exactly what I want and need for every appointment. She makes my time at the salon enjoyable and fun. Lauren is energetic and enthusiastic. The other staff members are helpful and kind. I recommend Gianna Christine to all my friends and family. Make-up for everyday and beyond! 5/17/2010

Getting a complementary makeup touch-up after any service at Gianna Christine is a nice little perk. The on-site makeup artist, Veronique, is top-notch with her in-depth familiarity of Aveda's product line and make-up in general -- drawing on her experience at Cirque du Soleil. Veronique has done my make-up for a full range of occasions so I naturally turned to her for advice on an upcoming bikini competition. Surprisingly, even the all natural, skin-friendly Aveda products were dramatic and bold enough to work under the stage lights, yet complementary to my skin tone and never losing that soft natural look. Veronique not only applied my make-up, but patiently showed me how to do it...with just 3 brushes! Now I have a palette of versatile colors that I can glam up for the stage or soften for every day wear. Pros: Amazing Colors with Patient How-to Cons: None! more

Best salon ever! 5/13/2010

The staff at GC is fantastic. They were very considerate and took specialized, individual time to meet my needs. Glenda gives the most wonderful pedicure, with attention to detail and 20 years experience as Aveda nail tech. Jacqueline gave me the greatest hair cut. She really cared to do a good job and focus on what I wanted. My haie is healthy and stylish. The front desk staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I am visiting from AZ, and might drive 4 hours just to visit this salon- the experience is that great! Thanks GC for making my visit extraordinary! NEVER on time!! 5/13/2010

I have been going there about a year and I will say I am getting beyond frustrated by the fact my stylist has never been on time. I've gotten to the point I call ahead just to see what the schedule is. The last time I called, the receptionist asked if I could come HOURS later. What!? My appointment was in 30 minutes from then - what would have happened if I showed up ON TIME? Would I have been told "the wait is 2 hours." Why bother having an appointment? While I understand things happen and other clients run late but I should not be punished. If I showed up 15 minutes late for a haircut, I would fully expect to be told that I can be cut but not blown dry. If the salon reads these, they should know that clients need to be called when stylists are running late, especially when it's 30 minutes or more. To prevent this in the first place, clients who run late should be told that their complete service might not happen. This is only fair. Oh My! It's fabulous, I walked in was greeted quickly & they Knew my NAME. Impressive. I was offered Tea, water, a hot towel & A hand massage. I sat by the fire place till my girl came for me. I am very pleased with my whole experience there. Having experienced the Aveda product's i will never use any other product lines. I Pre-booked my appointment & got a raffle ticket for a chance to win product. I can't belive how refreshed I feel after every service. you should try it. Everyone there is GREAT! The Best Salon EVER!!! 5/7/2010

I went to see Lauren more than 5 years ago. Since then, she has become an integral part of our family. She has prepared my hair for my wedding and has given my baby girl her first haircut when she was just a year old. My husband is a customer, as is my mother-in-law and both brother-in-laws. In my professional world, as the DIrector of a local non-profit, Lauren has also volunteered her time to help with our local fundraising events. She's just amazing. The entire staff is so completely genuine and wonderful to see during every appointment. Make you appointment today; you'll LOVE IT!!! Excellent products and staff 5/6/2010

All products here are by Aveda, and excellent. Staff is always very friendly and down to earth, skilled at what they do, and make the experience pleasant overall. The relaxation area only consists of 2 chairs, water and tea. They need a quiet lounge with no music, nothing but fountains and candles, magazines & comfortable cushioned lounge chairs. To sit straight up in a chair in front of the bathroom or just off the side of the main entrance takes away the relaxing "spa" feel and makes me only want to get quick treatments here, not a "Spa day" The tea offered is great. Why not add some fruit & nuts for spa guests? The prices are similar to other spas in town. Pros: products are all natural, staff is very skilled Cons: need better relaxation area in between treatments more

Great haircut and color, and Aveda products are the best. I walked in very nervous about getting an appointment with someone I didn't know, but not to worry. Rude new front desk employee 1/2/2009

I have always enjoyed my experience at Gianna Christine, which will soon be called Unrulie. The front desk has always been nice until recently. They recently hired a young blonde lady named Chanel. She is absolutely horrible. I have never been talked to so rudely. Usually when I call to make an appointment the other girls are very nice and try to get me in as best as they can. Chanel is rude, short and very unwelcoming. If I hadn't been going there for a few years and talking to Chanel was my first experience, I would never go back or recommend it to anyone else. The place would be a wonderful experience minus the rude attitude of Chanel. Pros: Great hairstylists and front desk except for one Cons: Snotty attitude of one front desk employee more

i absolutely LOVED going to gianna christine salon and spa. i felt so welcomed when i walked in the door. i had my hair done with jacqueline and she was so exact with the product knowledge and so very specific about the way she did my hair. i havent had hair color this great for years! all of the hair stylists are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. i would trust my hair to all of them! i LOVE the AVEDA products and the facial was fantastic too. if you are looking for a new salon in the area, i highly suggest this place! more

Mostly great quality, snobby staff 2/5/2007

I love this place, but every time I go the front desk staff make me feel like I was beneath them. And I'm a fairly well known local professional. The hair, waxing and spa treatments are fabulous and very high quality but the manicures are lousy. They have also overcharged me by $30 on a couple of occasions. If you're willing to overlook the snobby element and watch the bill before you sign, it's well worth it. Pros: very skilled staff on hair, waxing, spa Cons: snobby desk staff, bad manicures more
