All products here are by Aveda, and excellent. Staff is always very friendly and down to earth, skilled at what they do, and make the experience pleasant overall.
The relaxation area only consists of 2 chairs, water and tea. They need a quiet lounge with no music, nothing but fountains and candles, magazines & comfortable cushioned lounge chairs.
To sit straight up in a chair in front of the bathroom or just off the side of the main entrance takes away the relaxing "spa" feel and makes me only want to get quick treatments here, not a "Spa day"
The tea offered is great. Why not add some fruit & nuts for spa guests? The prices are similar to other spas in town.
Pros: products are all natural, staff is very skilled
Cons: need better relaxation area in between treatments
