I have been going there about a year and I will say I am getting beyond frustrated by the fact my stylist has never been on time. I've gotten to the point I call ahead just to see what the schedule is. The last time I called, the receptionist asked if I could come HOURS later. What!? My appointment was in 30 minutes from then - what would have happened if I showed up ON TIME? Would I have been told "the wait is 2 hours." Why bother having an appointment? While I understand things happen and other clients run late but I should not be punished. If I showed up 15 minutes late for a haircut, I would fully expect to be told that I can be cut but not blown dry. If the salon reads these, they should know that clients need to be called when stylists are running late, especially when it's 30 minutes or more. To prevent this in the first place, clients who run late should be told that their complete service might not happen. This is only fair. Pros: Good resutls Cons: They don't keep appointment times
