I love this place, but every time I go the front desk staff make me feel like I was beneath them. And I'm a fairly well known local professional. The hair, waxing and spa treatments are fabulous and very high quality but the manicures are lousy. They have also overcharged me by $30 on a couple of occasions. If you're willing to overlook the snobby element and watch the bill before you sign, it's well worth it.
