I was greeted quickly when I pulled up. My service agent then greeted me and took me inside and got all my info. I came in for a Service A oil change and was done in the amount of time stated. Quick and easy. Very satisfied. more

Everyone at the service department was exceptional,everyone was extremely friendly and personable! I could not ask for the service to have been any faster, it took just over an hour for the service to be completed,which is the fastest I have experienced at any dealership. With a previous Honda I tried Norm Reeves and Buena Park Honda, but nothing beats Freeway Honda! I will only go to Freeway for service and when it comes time to make new purchases. :) more

Andrew Montgomery, the sales person presented himself with this genuine nature and professionalism that matched who I am. Andrew's honesty is what made me stayed with him until I upgraded my 2007 to a 2014 car. Maybe in the business world, it's not recommended for anyone to say it was his 2nd day at work, but for me it was the perfect way for me to feel at ease that I was not there with a pressing/pushing sales person trying to see me just like anothr sales he had to do. While my 2007 car was in maintenance, I decided to accept Andrew's offer to give it a test drive to one of the 2014 Honda accords, and once Andrew and Manny put in numbers what the benefits were in purchasing a new car versus what I was about to spend on a used car, I decided it was time for me to upgrade the car, with the same style, same color, same interior color. \r \r as you see, I was a very different buyer... I was not there for the balloons and whistles, I was there asking for a good quality car, and a good price more

I could not of been more happier I drove In and was late for appointment and they took me anyway, then the service write was so nice and helpful when my car had a issue the gentleman came and let me know very nice, the ladies that checked me out were great nice friendly and smiles on there faces. Its pleasant, really a good Car buying experience for a first time buyer, this was the third CR-V(from Freeway Honda) in our team. Not like other dealers who give you attractive quotes and force you to pay huge amounts for the Accessories, Not like other dealers who confuse with various financing and warranty packages, I would say its a win-win situation for the buyer and dealer. Top of all 'Amir' is an awesome guy to deal with. more

I am actually blown away by the treatment I received during my last visit. It is so refreshing, to know that ""great"" service does exist. I recently went to Freeway Honda for a simple advertised oil change, for our 2006 Pilot. I was waiting in the lobby, when a young man walked up to me to let me know that an air flow duct was broken. I usually do these type of fixes myself, so I asked what that would cost and a short while later he returned with a very reasonable price, but that I would have to come back the next day, as it needed to be ordered. No problem.....came back, part was waiting for me as promised. I would like to thank Jay Reyes, Tim Petroff, Victor Galvez and Saib Gonzalez, for their upfront explanations of any thing I asked. Tim was actually doing the service and was very descriptive in letting me know of areas that I should be concerned about in the upcoming months, which was very much appreciated. Jay was my service advisor and obviously very knowledge. Saib and Victor kept me informed also.\r This type of service is not very common these days, and just across the street at Crevier BMW where I take my car, is the only other service departments that actually treat customers like they matter, rather than the money they bring in being the primary concern. Thank you Freeway Honda for making me matter more
