Past experiences in buying cars were not always good ones. Most car dealers I have conducted business within the past have made car buying experiences overly stressful. After all, buying a car is a major purchase that is normally a long-term commitment of use and payment. The dealership and sales representative should respect the magnitude of the car purchase decision and provide confident and reliable information and a fair price to their prospective customer. I did have two good buying experiences with Rick Nemeth when he worked at Toyota of Orange and he didn’t disappoint when I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from him at Freeway Honda. Rick was professional, knowledgeable and personable which all helped my wife and I finalize our buying decision. We were also impressed by other courteous staff members at Freeway Honda that offered their help and information.
