My experience was great! I went in for my breaks and I had just been in a couple weeks ago. They gave me a rental so I wouldn't be inconviencent with out for car for the day. They were very nice and pleasant to work with. more

Fantastic 9/15/2014

The passenger window suddenly only closed 1/2 way. Same thing happened about 40,000 miles previously. I felt that I should not have to pay the full amount because it should have worked the first time. The agent and mechanic were in agreement and I was greatful. Thank you! I paid about half of what was initially quoted. more

The Best Service 8/20/2014

This was a good experience and I am glad that I chose Freeway Honda. I had gone to Huntington Beach Honda and Ford stores and, because of my negative experience there, expected to receive the same poor treatment. But Rick Nemeth at Freeway was polite, professional, and respectful. The guys I dealt with at the other Honda store and the Ford store were flip, obnoxious, and exerted too much pressure. The Honda basically sells itself, and more than anyone else, Rick got that. It was a seamless, easy process. more
