The Best Service 5/7/2014

My engine had started to overheat on Friday night and as soon as I got home I called your service dept to see if I could bring my CRV in the next day. I spoke to Kevin and he was very helpful and said yes. My car is a 1999 EX model with 178,000 miles so I was very concerned that it would be something major. I got my car in around 8am and was able to get your shuttle back to my home in Tustin and that was great. It took them awhile to find the problem but my car was due for minor service anyway so I was glad to leave it in their hands. I spoke to Kevin about 2pm and they had found that one of the fans near the engine was no longer working and that was the problem. They were able to find the part at another dealer and get it installed and finish my car by 5pm. It was great! more

I first called and spoke with Kevin Nessl regarding my first oil change. My car is new and has 9,000 + miles on it. He was very helpful and informative. He was very patient in answering my questions regarding my car's maintenance. This is my first experience dealing with computer-generated maintenance reminders. I would rate my experience in dealing with Kevin as excellent. more

Overall very positive. Brent was extremely helpful and worked with me all the way during the process.\r \r One point and it is minor. When I pulled up as I was retrieving my things no one came out right away to ask how may I help you. I actually was walking in when Brent was on his way out to greet me. One of the other advisers did see me pull up so maybe he said something to Brent. \r \r When Brent came out there was huge smile and a big how can we help you today. more
