Good job 3/10/2015

Everything was relatively smooth, but wait time was long. It took us about an hour to get into financing, an hour waiting for the car to be cleaned and fueled, and an hour for the actual car to be cleaned and fueled (they originally brought us the wrong car- same model, different VIN). Everyone was friendly, but I really would have rather they just allowed us to pick the car up the next day since we were there until from 8-11:30pm more

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Kristian was eager but so very genuine in his approach and listened to questions and what I wanted for my car. He makes you want to buy a car from him rather than another. I visited this dealership really just to browse as I had just come from BMW and knew I was likely going to lease a BMW. Kristian was so helpful and easy that I decided to go with Honda instead. more

Great Dealership 10/31/2014

I purchased my first Honda from Freeway Honda 12 years ago. I brought my Honday to the service department in hopes of saving it, because it needed major service and I absolutely loved my Honda and wanted to fix it but it was obvious that I simply needed to replace it. After looking at my options and taking a week to decided what I wanted to do, I was greeted by Oscar Ruiz when I pulled up on the lot. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He didn't drag out the process or make it difficult to understand what I was getting myself into. He was very polite and understanding of my needs and I would most definitely not only recommend Freeway Honda but Oscar as Sales Representative. Thank you Very Much.
