My entire family has used Free Spirit for approximately 12 years. I have had the privilege of having almost everyone in the salon either color and color my hair, my child's, or my husband's.
We have known the owners for as many years and have always found them to be extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. Once I had an issue, and the owner would not let me pay for the hair style. I stated that the issue was really mine and that I had wanted to go darker and then didn't really like it. I found out later had picked up the tab anyway. This is not an unusual act, I might add. They desire each client to leave loving their experience and their hair!
Currently, head stylist Adrian styles my hair. The personal care and concern he shows to me are of a level that I wish many of my own friends and family expressed! He truly cares about what I care about and will do anything (usually above and beyond) to make me a satisfied customer. He is also well known in the industry and continually travels to hair shows to improve his skill level. He has had numerous opportunities to style with the top educators in the industry, most recently winning a competition with Vidal Sassoon in LA as well as working with the top hair colorists at Aveda. His knowledge and his art are unsurpassed in this industry. He is a ""little secret gem"" here in Alpharetta!
I have received numerous compliments about my color and cut through the years. As with any relationship - personal or professional, communication is important. I have always appreciated Free Spirit's willingness to listen to my needs and try to give me the hair cut and color in my ""dreams,"" as well as their desire to make me their friend. I consider all of them such.
