Very rude behavior. 4/9/2011

This place sucks. One of the girls was very rude to one of my friend. She kept forcing him for a dance saying "why are you here then if you don't want a dance" ? She made various other rude comments as well. When we informed the manager he called the house mother. The house mother was also very rude and harsh and she would just not listen to us. I and my friends would never go there again. more

I visited New York Dolls a day after flash and private eyes with a free pass. The club is beautiful inside. The girls were real chill and do not jump down your throat for money. A lot of manhattan clubs live by this... more

Dollhouse 5/12/2010

I have been a custome of the dollhouse "new york dolls" for close to 20 years. Its a great club, the management has always treated me fair and the girls are hot. The difference between Dolls and most other clubs in the city is that the girls are fun and dont hustle the living crap out of you. Pros: girls here are fun Cons: can get very expensive. more

New York Dolls is a real tight spot in tribeca.. Have been coming here for sometime now and the place looks really good since the renovation... Whats nice about this club is the girls are fun and the bouncers dont try to shake you down for tips like in many other clubs.. All in all this is one of my favorite clubs in NY more

Stopped by NYD last Thu night. Place has been a consistent performer the last few years. It's a lot smaller than is used to be years ago. But fairly clean and you can always get a table altough it could get packed. Nothing better downtown NYC very close to WTC. When you first come in, theres a long bar on the left side with a single dancer stage on the right. There's a wall separating the topless portion of the club in the back. It's $10 cover but you can get free coupons in some street corners with guys handing them out. The girls...a lot of russians at this place. High quality and good mix of ethnicity and shape. Girls range from 7.5 to 10. I had dances with a brunette named Alicia and she was pretty, and allowed some light touching. Some of the girls would hang out for a while and have a drink and some conversation. The crowd was pretty busy until I left around 1:30AM. All in all a solid value for downtown NYC and would visit again. Pros: girls will actually talk to you more

Nice and relaxing 5/11/2009

While at first glance the club looks like a dump, once your eyes get acclimated you end up by a small (by mega-club standards) room with a variety of ladies (6-8.5 on the quality side). Rarely a hard sell, but often a pleasant chat and dance. Big contrast to the big clubs uptown as it isn't crowded and overly loud. Pros: Great ladies and not crowded Cons: Dingy entry more

my friend and i were charged over $3,700...we went to the police and were not able to file a charge...and we also called management and the manager had an attitude and laughed at one point of the conversation....do not get scammed....the place is usually empty and smells terrible like cigars Cons: MY FRIEND AND I WERE SCAMMED more
