Worst

I found the used salesmen to be very condescending and arrogant. We bought a used car from Classic Chevrolet but the experience was quite disappointing.

Greg Kap has been my salesman for many years. Every where he goes I follow. This visit I was just browsing and I wanted to see what was in Classic's inventory that might suit my budget. I was looking for a certified used and as always Greg was looking out for me! Within days I was driving a NEW 2015 Chevy Malibu with all the bells and whistles! I would like to also thank Mike Cotrell for his due diligence in getting me financed with a note a could afford. These two guys worked tireless to get me a new car and a note I could afford! more

My new Tahoe, unknown to anyone, had a flashing dome light issue. David McCormick and Ronnie Blakeway did an outstanding job keeping me calm and getting the problem fixed. Peter Gancarz arranged getting my vehicle back to me and Carlos Salazar did a great job getting the financing worked out. Great bunch of guys y'all have down there. GM didn't have a fix for my problem but your team sure did. Thanks to all the great staff at Classic Chevy. \r Jim more

Love the guys at the door that wait for you to walk up - then help you get where you are going. And even when your salesperson is busy, someone ALWAYS steps up to help you. We live far away from dealership so did not need orientation/etc of the Service dept so declined the orientation. We paid cash so did not need to discuss other financing options. Beyond ""completely satisfied"" with Classic Chevrolet and special note and thanks to Joe Machacek. Joe went over and beyond ""normal"" by maximizing technology and working with us via internet during evening and late night hours to ensure we were satisfied. Bottom line, thanks for an exceptional experience. more

I really felt comfortable with the guys at Classic Chevrolet when I was looking for a new truck. It is always on my mind that a car salesman is still a car salesman even if they are really nice, but this time it was different. They were not trying to rush me or pull my credit report even before they knew for sure which one I was interested in buying. My truck is not just a truck. I spend the better part of 18 hours a day in and out of it and drive lots of miles everyday so I have more to consider than maybe another person buying a truck for show. I got a fair offer for my trade and it had over 160k miles on it. I am very happy I took the drive to Sugar Land to see the guys at Classic. I heard good things about them from some buddies of mine and they were right on the money in suggesting them to me. more

Best dealership for buying a car 6/16/2010

The internet director Brian Barnes was instrumental in helping me with my purchase of a new Chevrolet truck. He patiently listened to all my concerns and asssured me that I would be pleased as we explored my options. No pressure whatsoever. THis dealership is located off the southwest freeway where Bill Heard once was. What a difference between dealerships. I dont have any idea what happened to the Bill Heard dealership but I am so pleased Classic Chevrolet was there for me. Dont hesitate to buy from Classic Chevrolet. Pros: FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP Cons: NONE WHATSOEVER more
