We live far away from dealership so did not need orientation/etc of the Service dept so declined the orientation. We paid cash so did not need to discuss other financing options. Beyond ""completely satisfied"" with Classic Chevrolet and special note and thanks to Joe Machacek. Joe went over and beyond ""normal"" by maximizing technology and working with us via internet during evening and late night hours to ensure we were satisfied. Bottom line, thanks for an exceptional experience.
