Water Heater replacement 3/1/2016

The replacement work was excellent, however it was frustrating to have it scheduled and then cancelled twice before they were able to come and replace it. We were so happy that they were going to be able to replace it just a little over a day after losing our hot water, but with the cancellations they ended up replacing it until four days after we lost our hot water. Not the end of the world, just disappointing. more

Jeff evaluated the problem with my water heater. To find out that I did not need to place the water heater, just the small one on the top. He went a step further, and gave us a class on the water heater which no one have ever done before. It is glad to still find people who love what they do and do it with a smile. more

Wasn't sure about Fast Water Heater because we had never heard of them before, but Eric H. was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained step by step what to expect and what the cost would be. After the installation Eric explained the new unit to us, went over the paperwork and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. He was in and out before we knew it, leaving the area as clean as he found it, if not cleaner! Great job, Eric. more

Great job 11/24/2014

Gordon Werdell was the tech who came out to our house. He called before he came out to let us know exactly what time he was going to be here. After looking over the job, he let us know exactly what needed to be done and what that would cost. He is very quick and very good at what he does. He is very thorough and double checks everything. My wife and I both would highly recommend Gordon to anyone that needs work done on their water heater. Great job Gordon, looks great!!! more

replaced 17 year old water heater 8/27/2013

I called Fast Water Heater Company with the problem that my hot water was only luke warm. Jason arrived at my home within 24 hours to bring and install a replacement tank. He was polite and professional and explained all of the equipment and installation process in detail. He cleaned the site before he left. Jason even returned the next day to make a small repair on my back step. more

Hot Water heater 2/22/2012

These guys were very quick to respond and had my new water heater in the same day. They are the local contract for Home Depot and I reached them through the on- line 1-800-HomeDepot line. Very professional. My installers name was Mitch and he had some great ideas for cost savings. He had everything he needed on his truck and from start to finish only took about 90 minutes. This included emptying and removing the old tank, cutting pipes and replacing them as well as putting in a drain pan and PVC drain pipe. I was very impressed with his skill and speed and would use them again. This is the second water heater I've had to replace. This company was head and shoulders above the last one I used 10 years ago. In their paperwork I found that I get a $25 rebate for a review. I was already planning on sending my comments to the FAST water company and Home Depot because of the great job Mitch did, so this was just icing on the cake. more

Water heater replaced-same day! 7/24/2011

Garage floor covered in water! 6:00 a.m. Called and got instructions on what to do and scheduled a replacement by 3:00 p.m. Dinner time and new water heater was working fine. Timely, efficient and the technician was experienced and professional. Good job all around. more

Fast Water Heater Installation 4/25/2011

Jeff Z from Fast Water Company installedf a new GE 40 gallon electric water heater for me today. He took care of all the details to make it comply with code and sent in my application for a city permit for the installation. He was prompt and answered all my questions. This company works with Home Depot and other retailers. My total cost for water heater, insulation, overflow tank, permit, labor and tax was $!009.04. I contacted and purchased the water heater through Home Depot. I recommend this company for quality installation work and a drama free experience. more
