Gordon was our Technician and he did a great job! We had a tankless hot water heater installed along with the appropriate water and gas lines needed to support the new system. He was very professional and courteous. We had a power outage during the installation, and he kept working for another two hours with ony his headlamp until the job was done! We are very pleased with the new hot water heater and the outstanding customer service - which extends from the personnel who answer the phones to the technicians. Also, when you request a quote, a technician provides this - NOT a salesman, which allows you the opportunithy to as more technical questions and get more accurate answers.
