Wasn't sure about Fast Water Heater because we had never heard of them before, but Eric H. was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained step by step what to expect and what the cost would be. After the installation Eric explained the new unit to us, went over the paperwork and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. He was in and out before we knew it, leaving the area as clean as he found it, if not cleaner! Great job, Eric.
