These guys were very quick to respond and had my new water heater in the same day. They are the local contract for Home Depot and I reached them through the on- line 1-800-HomeDepot line. Very professional. My installers name was Mitch and he had some great ideas for cost savings. He had everything he needed on his truck and from start to finish only took about 90 minutes. This included emptying and removing the old tank, cutting pipes and replacing them as well as putting in a drain pan and PVC drain pipe. I was very impressed with his skill and speed and would use them again. This is the second water heater I've had to replace. This company was head and shoulders above the last one I used 10 years ago. In their paperwork I found that I get a $25 rebate for a review. I was already planning on sending my comments to the FAST water company and Home Depot because of the great job Mitch did, so this was just icing on the cake.
