I recently contacted Home Depot for info regarding a new gas hot water heater. They gave me the number of Fast Water Heater Company. They sent over a gentleman named Brandon who very professionally took me through the process of installing a new hot water heater, pointing out the obvious problems with the previous installation. He was very direct when explaining what needed to be done and what options were available. I never felt any pressure to upgrade the installation above what suited my specific needs. He worked efficiently and was finished in a reasonable amount of time. The final installation looked great and Brandon took the extra time to explain proper maintenance and operating procedures. I would recommend Fast Water Heater Company to friends and family. more

Installation review 1/25/2013

Called for a new water heater through Home Depot's installation #. The Technician, Mitch, arrived 50 minutes earlier than the estimated start time on the same day so he was able to complete the job earlier than expected. Mitch explained what he was seeing and what he needed to do. He patiently answered our questions. I would recommend this company without hesitation. more

Not only was the quality of work great but the manner it was performed by was great! Our water heater needed to be replaced. Fast came in the next morning, on time. The new water heater was installed in a couple of hours and the work environment was kept clean. Definitely a company that I recommend and will be calling back in the future. more

Excellent, quick response. I call at 8:00 p.m., and they were out the next morning as promised. They phoned me often during the morning to let me know when to expect them. Their quote was spot-on. Technician was very courteous and competent. Enjoyed working with them. Would call them again. more

Fast, like the name of the company 12/29/2012

We needed to replace our water heater and Fast was the first company to call me back. The company was also recommended by a friend who works in the real estate business. The salesperson (Mike) who took my call was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sent out a technician the same afternoon and we had a new water heater within 2 hours. The technician (Chris) was prompt, professional and explained everything clearly. We hope to not have any problems with our water heater for awhile but if we do, we will contact Fast. more

We called on a Sunday, they came out on Monday within the window that was specified. They completed the work within the time they mentioned. Only negative - were told it would be around $1,000 over the phone (knowing we lived in Shoreline and the age of the water heater that broke) and we ended up paying nearly $1,700 by the time adjustments were made for code, City of Shoreline permits, etc., etc. more

Fast Water Heater Company really is fast. In one afternoon they helped choose a suitable appliance, then delivered and installed it the next day. The installer was courteous and efficient. He explained everything he was doing, brought my installation up to code, and left without leaving so much as a finger print behind. more

Fast and complete 12/25/2012

After pricing water heaters and installation rates at Home Depot, Lowes and Fast Water Heater Co., I hired Fast Water Heater to replace my 20 year old water heater. \r \r The installer, Mitch T. arrived 5 minutes into the 2 hour arrival window and wasted no time. He was courteous and professional throughout the installation and finished in half the time I expected it to take. \r \r I will definitely use Fast Water Heater for all future water heater installations, and won't hesitate to suggest them to my friends. more

We own a rental house and tenants told us the water heater leaked. Was able to get Fast Water heater co. there the same day for a reasonable price. As the building codes had changed since last heater was installed (19 years ago), they told us up front that an electrician would have to run a heavier duty line to a higher amperage circuit breaker, and gave us the name of a company that was able to work with us and successfully complete the job. more

4 out of 5 Called them on a Thursday and they arrived the next day Friday, the service rep was professional and easy to work with. We reviewed the costs, the time, and the follow-up procedures and then decided to go forward and we were pleased with the result. Fast and reliable 12/11/2012

Our water heater started to leak so we went to Home Depot to get it replaced. They referred us to Fast Water Heater Company. We called to set up an appointment and they scheduled us for the next day. Our installer, Jacob, was prompt and efficient and was done in a little less than 2 hours! We now have hot water again! Thank you Fast Water Heater Company! more
