The water heater @ my rental place broke & leaked water. I called Sears & Home Depot & got estimate from both. Decided to go with FWHC (referred by Home Depot). My wife was there for the install on 4/17/2012. The sales/install coordinator (Bret) & guaranteed me that the cost would be lower than Sears with additional discount. Turned out I had to pay more (exclude the additional Flood Stop cost). I tried to call him back a few times but always got answering machine so I didn't bother to leave any message. I am upset coz the way they price the line items confused my wife & we ended up paying almost $200 more. Make sure to look at your bottom line price at the end & compare it with your other competitive bid & don't confuse with the line items cost. Reason I give 2 star, the service is fast (same day service).
