We were treated right and price was right 4/27/2011

We had just moved into our home within a few months we noticed the annode rod in the top of the hot water tank was bad and water was leaking out the top of the tank. Pretty freaky when you just moved into a house! We called a few plumbers to get estimates and opinions, they were all VERY expensive (and a bit snobby to boot) and we thought there must be something up so we kept looking and got a tank through Sears and they got Fast Water HC to install for us. We paid a lot less-including Fast Water's install fee-than what the other's quoted us. Our installer was Gordon, and he was just a real down to earth nice guy. Very polite, did a got install and was very clean about it too. No mess or anything. These people are really nice. I say give them your business. more

Excellent Service and Instllation 3/28/2011

The reason I gave a top rating for price is because I got several bids on the same installation and there was nobody who charged less. We chose the tankless water heater (actually a hybrid type by Eternal). Dennis was the installer for our water heater. We had initially asked about a tankless and then decided to go with a tank. When Dennis arrived, he explained in more detail to us how each install would go and carefully figured out the cost. We very much appreciated the information he provided us and we decided to go with the Eternal Hybrid water heater. Dennis was careful to make sure we understood how the installation would be carried out, where a hole would be created, and that we needed up an upgrade to our gas meter. He arranged to have PSE come out and replace the gas meter (at no charge to us). His work was very professional and he communicated to us all the details that we needed to know to make a decision. Awesome 3/24/2011

Absolutely five stars. They were able to pull our old water heater Monday (3/21) allowing us to complete the tiling of our bathroom floor before installing the new water heater today (3/23). I had called around for other estimates, but even Day and Night Plumbing endorsed Fast. They did an incredible job and stuffed the largest heater we could fit in our relatively small water closet space. Our technician, Chris, was awesome. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but everything was brought up to code. Well, worth it. What took Chris 90 minutes would have taken me two days. more

Great water heater service, fast results 3/22/2011

Ginger took my call to replace my water heater. She gave me an appointment that fit into my tight schedule, and made sure I was ordering a product that fit my needs and space. Mike was on time and took his time explaining all the different features, cost breakdown, and city code compliance. He also cleaned up after all the work was finished. I would recommend them to anyone. more

One call was all it took to Fast Water Heater Company and I had a new hot water tank within hours! The appointment was easy to arrange, the people in the office, friendly and empathetic! The technician who came to our house was fast, efficient and thorough. He took time to walk me through each part of the installation process. Serviced and professional installation from Nathan was excellent. He was prompt,coureous and explained everything. Wish the price of all the add-ons was explained better at Home Depot though as it added considerably over the price. But the installation was excellent and I can see using this company and recommending them to anyone more

Friendly helpful high quality service 3/5/2011

I needed to replace my very old water heater and these guys really impressed me. Jake answered my call and helped figure out what I needed (and set my expectations in the right place). Jason did a great job on the install. His work was very high-quality and he patiently explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. Price was a bit high, but every expense was explained. I'd recommend this company. more

Our water heater ruptured and FAST was out to our house first thing the next morning. They provided us with a detailed estimate and installed our new water heater so "FAST". I was very impressed!!!! more

Great company to deal with 3/3/2011

Our hot water heater was getting very old and I decided to have a new one installed. I called Lowe's first, and got a very high price for the install. I then checked with Sears and they use Fast Water Heater for their installations. I thought their pricing was very fair, and it was easy to schedule the service call. The service technician showed up on time & went over all the options for installing the new heater. He was very positive and thorough throughout the whole installation process. The technician did a great clean up job, and the new hot water heater seems to be working like a charm. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more
