I had a great experience with the woman, Paige, who helped me select my glasses. She was busy when I went to pick them up. I bought two pair of expensive glasses and was treated like I walked in to use their bathroom for free. Three staff members were outright, unquestionably rude to me. Paige is great. She knows her stuff. I chatted with the doctor there, who is also really wonderful. Their selection is great, too. But management needs to tell the staff that being polite matters. Especially at the Europtics price point. I bought glasses there in the mid-1990s and didn't go back for the same reason (and the same ""gentleman"" who was rude to me today was rude to me then). My mother disliked customer service at the Broomfield store as well. It's time they have a little chat with their staff and tell them to behave. I've been buying glasses for the last quarter of my life and have shopped in high-end boutiques all over the country. I've found the service at Europtics to be one of the best I've experienced. The staff is one of the most learned I've ever had wait on me and the one time I was unhappy they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I was taken care of. Even when I've brought in frames I've purchased elsewhere, they've filled my prescription flawlessly. Pros: Great service, HUGE selection, Knowledgeable staff Cons: none! more

I went to Europtics to have them adjust my frames and also put in new nose pads for me. The guy scratched my lens while putting on the new nose pads and didn't even tell me he scratched it. I went back the next day after I noticed the scratch and was told that since I had left the store, they could do nothing about it. I have been very pleased with my experiences at Europtics. They have great glasses, knowledgeable people and the prices seem pretty good. True, they don't sell 2 pair for $99, but their glasses don't fall apart if you look at them wrong either. I've compared model for model and they always seem to have the best price. The most expensive glasses I've ever purchased. I paid $950 for two pairs and neither has scratch resistance so I can barely see out of them and they didn't put bifocals in the sunglasses so I can't see out of those either. What was I thinking? They're cute but if you can't see, it kind of defeats the purpose. You would be much better off going to an eye doctor - at least they understand the point is to be able to see. Cons: price, ability to see out of the glasses more

They have a great selection of frames, but the customer service is awful, they will sell you more than you need, they do not care after they made the sale, salespeople are on commision and will take advantage of you. HMMM, let's see, what else. Oh, they like to rip you off. more

I've been going to Europtics in Cherry Creek for years and keep going back for several reasons. I enjoy the opticians and have great fun selecting glasses. They remember my glasses and two of them remember my name. I usually see one guy, Dan, who knows about my weird prescription and only shows me frames that will work. Can't say enough good things. I made a mistake to buy glasses. The Clerks are rude and the quality is worst then sears optics and they are asking for a high price. Pros: Don't go to this place more

Have been going to this store for many years. Absolutely pricey products. But, the quality, selection, and services are excellent. Tip -- they have a year end sale -- buy one get one half off. Also -- they have an internet coupon. LAST -- I just ordered a pair of glasses -- I mentioned that I had VSP and I got 20% off the whole price of the glass -- my net was still close to $500 - and I did not buy the highest priced frames (I did get progressive lenses however). Pros: Selection, Quality, Service Cons: $$$$$ more
