I went to Europtics to have them adjust my frames and also put in new nose pads for me. The guy scratched my lens while putting on the new nose pads and didn't even tell me he scratched it. I went back the next day after I noticed the scratch and was told that since I had left the store, they could do nothing about it. Never ever go to this place as they have the worst customer service and also the most unskilled opticians working there.
Cons: Bad customer service, high prices, incompetent opticans
