Element Moving and Storage

Element's team was amazing! I hate moving and they made it so easy and un-stressful. We have so much stuff everywhere and they came in and took care of everything. I had to deal with my 2 kids so I was not much help, but they really didn't need me. All I needed to do was sign the paperwork and tell them where to put things. My move is temporary since we are remodeling our house in Dallas, so when I need to move back I will definitely be calling Element Moving to move us again. I loved the personal service I received from the sales staff, the confirmation call before and the great service during the move. If there were 100 stars to give I would give it to them! more

This is my second time using Element Moving and I was very pleased both times. The first time they moved my mother to a retirement home and the second time I moved from Highland Park to Frisco. This move was pretty complicated. We have a 5 bedroom home, a full swingset and a trampoline and a storage unit. I had them come pack all my kitchen, and glassware and they also unpacked. This made my move so much easier. It saved me so much time and energy. The crew arrived on time for each of the 3 days and they were very nice and courteous. My neighbor is moving next week and she is using Element Moving as well. So excited to have found them. I am ready to refer Element to all of my friends and co-workers! more

Element did an marvelous job at a very reasonable and very accurate price. This was my first time using a mover and I was a little worried thinking it was going to be really expensive. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was really a good deal. I did most of the packing myself, and Element crew did the crating and wrapping of my glass items. They only charged me for the boxes they used, unlike most companies who wanted to charge me a crating fee (something like $30-$150 per item). They charged me by the hour and they even finished an hour earlier than planned. They were very nice and helpful. They disassembled my bedroom furniture for free (I have a canopy bed) and I was really worried about that. They were excellent and I will use them again in one year when I need to move out of state. Looking forward to it! more

Thank you so much for the wonderful move. We were so happy with the service, the communication and the work that was done on the day of the move. Elle was our sales person, and she was great to work with. She took the time to explain every step of the way. She explained how the move was going to happen and prepared us for everything. She even gave me moving tips and sent a crew to my home the day before the pack and prep my furniture. The crew was fantastic! 4 men came to my house the day before the move and packed all my kitchen and prepped my furniture. I have a lot of antiques and they made sure that sentimental, fragile items were very well protected. On the day of the move the guys were quick and efficient, they loaded my items into the truck and made it seem like a piece of cake! Two weeks later (which is exactly when I wanted it), my items were delivered to my new home in Denver. We moved into a brand new home, so I was really worried about the floors and walls and they didn’t leave one scratch on anything. My furniture was delivered and reassembled and everything was in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier with the service, the quality and the overall move. They come highly recommended from me and my family. more

It was very difficult for our family to find a moving company that we could trust and was affordable. After researching many companies and talking with friends we heard so many horror stories and scams that moving companies do. Many of the quotes that I received from the larger moving companies like Allied and Van Lines were between $4,000 to$6,000 for a 3 bedroom move from Dallas to Chicago. Then I started to look at lesser known companies and they quoted me at $1,600 but after researching their company found that they were not trust worthy. Then I came across Element Moving and I was skeptical at first but they did an amazing job with my move. The total cost of the move was about $2,600 and they did an amazing job boxing and wrapping up everything I had. I didn't expect for them to do such a thorough job. In 3 days we received our things. Our biggest worry was our 50'Plasma TV but it arrived without a scratch. I had such a great experience with the move that I just had to write what an excellent job they did. Throughout the move Matthew was in contact with me and whatever questions I had he was there to help and solve any issues I had during the move. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to family and friends. more

They were careful with everything, and even saved me money by completing the work in a quicker time than originally estimated. They showed up on time, and finished early. I had a fabulous moving experience with Element. Elle took excellent care of me pre-move, and Luis was a fabulous project manager/crew chief. He alerted me whenever an issue of concern arose and repeatedly calmed my fears I moved to a second-story apartment up a steep flight of stairs but he never let that slow him down. I highly recommend Element Moving and Storage and will use them again on future moves. more

I would highly recommend using Element. They were very careful with everything I wanted them to move. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped. They had to deal with a difficult situation since I was moving my things out of my soon to be ex's house. It was not easy for them to work around that situation but they stayed very calm and professional. Louis was a great foreman in having to negotiate through the situation. I recently moved to Rockwall from Dallas and I was very pleased with Element. The employees were very respectful and very efficient of my time and even my money. Element had a great crew of drivers, helpers, and foreman. The crew was clean cut, ready to go, in uniform and very good at communicating. I was stressed out that something might break or something might be damaged. That was not the case. The crew was very cautious of my things and they treated my furniture very carefully. I will definitely use Element in the future and I recommend Element to anyone looking forward to move. more

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't hesitate to address all of my needs. They provided packing supplies which saved me a trip to store. The movers made me feel comfortable and I had not trust issues as they were loading and unloading me. There are tons of moving companies in the DFW Metroplex. You truly can't be the value they offer. more
