Element Moving and Storage gave us a very accurate estimate and help us plan our move. The crew arrived on time and helped us pack. They were so quick and packed so well, not one thing was damaged. Good thing they came with extra boxes and moving supplies because we had a lot of packing. This was a painless move and really had a great time with the movers. The guys were very nice and honest and they couldn?t make the move faster and more efficient and I must say, we were extremely pleased with their service. Based on the positive reviews and very good service from Jeff and Holly we booked our move from Texas to California. On move day we discovered Element is really only prepared to handle local moves. Their "normal" long-distance lead was sick and the substitute failed to note rooms on the bill of lading making unloading a nightmare. The truck they subcontracted with to move our furniture was so old and broken there were holes in the roof. The drivers blankets still had tape from the prior move causing an hour delay while they stripped enough blankets to wrap our furniture. The truck broke down on the way to our new home delaying delivery by two days. The driver asked for cash or a blank Post Office check (as he explained in broken English "it was his money"). The driver's (not Element's) crew on the delivery end scratched our new wooden floors and used the wrong screws reassembling our furniture. I could go on but the bottom line is that of the 5 cross-country moves I've made this was by far the worst. Pros: null Cons: null more

I HAVE MOVED MANY TIMES IN MY LIFE AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST MOVE I HAVE EVER HAD. I am in the military and we move often. I have expereicned all types of moves, even international, and this was by far the best service and overall move i have ever had. My items arrived in a timely manner with no hick-ups whatsoever. On both ends, the movers were great. They were very professional and worked very hard to get our large move done quickly and easily. If you are looking for a mover, there is no reason to call anyone else, Element is the best choice for your move. more

I was frankly nervous about hiring Element to do my move since I had a valuable grand piano and grandfather clock and they had given me the lowest bid. Element Moving is the best of the best! They did an excellent job for my family. They moved us across the country and everything was excellent. Our foreman was so knowledgeable and easy going, he put us at ease about the entire process. I researched all of the companies that I got bids from, and realized that Element must be doing something right because they have an A rating with the BBB and a great rating on https://www.protectyoumove.gov . I had received a quote from Element but was going to use a different company with a lower bid because my company was paying for the move. ( element was NOT the highest bid I received, just higher than this one) I had concerns about the other company and the rep with Element stayed in touch with me through my move date to make sure everything worked out. And, just like I thought, the other company was going to move me backed out of what they had promised me and weren't coming when they said. Sheila, from Element, was able to get me worked into their schedule in one afternoon, and they came that day. The crew was totally professional and very freindly. They even helped me box up some things that I didn't have ready yet. They did such a great job with my things that even the guys that unpakced me on the other end commented on how well I was packed. My family was relocated to TN and our company told us to get 3 quotes. We did that, and even though Element was not the cheapest, they let us go with them- we just felt most comfortable with them. Everything went great! The only thing that got damaged was a lamp shade, but they replaced since I got the additional coverage. I was very happy with the entire process and my company has since used them again. I am so glad they gave us a choice and I feel we made the right choice by going with element. I just had a wonderful move with Element Moving. I have moved many many times in my life and this was by far the BEST move I have ever had. I had some difficult and large pieces and the guys handled it like it was a piece of cake. I did most of the packing myself except for the master closet, which they packed and unpacked for me free of charge. These 3 guys made everything look so easy and worked really well as a team. I recently had to move from Dallas, TX to Porltand, OR without a long time for planning. I received a few quotes and since my company was paying had to go with the lowest one even though I was not at all comfortable with them. And just like I thought, the day before they were to arrive they changed their plans on me. Element Moving was not the highest bid but they were the company I had wanted to go with. I just had a good feeling from them. Even though I didn't select them, Sheila with Element had stayed in touch with me to make sure my move when off ok. So the day before my move, she was able to work me in to their schedule and I had a truck at my house that afternoon. \r The crew was completely professional and friendly. They even boxed up some things for me that I hadn't gotten to yet. And no, I was not paying them for packing. \r They did such a good job, even the guys that unpacked me on the other end commented on how well it was done. \r On top of all that, the truck left my house on Monday afternoon and my things were delivered Friday morning, of the same week. \r I would absolutely recommnend Element Moving to anyone. more

A few months ago we moved from Dallas to Ohio and we chose a great company- Element Moving and Storage. When my husband told me that we needed to move beucase of a job offer, I was exceited about moving but stressed about the actual moving process. She was very thorough, courteous and so helpful. The crew arrived right one time on the day of my move and did an great job! They worked hard, did not complain at all and kept moving til the job done. The total of my job ended up being less than what they quoted me which my sales rep prepared me really well for. From all of the companies that called me, I chose Element Moving and Storage. They were the most professional ones on the phone, had the best, most informative website, and seemed to be the most honest. I had a feeling I was making the right decision. I had a fairly large move and I didnt want to leave it to just anyone. I wanted the best and I feel that is exactly what I got! I moved from Allen TX to Laguna Beach CA and I had a wonderful crew move me. Luis was the foremen and he was really wonderful to work with. He made everything so easy and made me feel very comfortable with everything. His crew all worked so well together. They really worked as a team and made everything go very smoothly. They prepared all of my furniture and even built a wooden crate for my marble top desk. Granted I have never moved to another state, I still feel that this was the most professional service I have ever received. For my delivery, I had a different crew, but they were equally wonderful. They showed up at my door with huge smiles on their faces and they were so sweet about everything even though I was a bit frazzled as to where to put things. They reassembled everything and would not leave until everything was completed to perfection. Everything got here in perfect shape expect I had a scratch on my dining room table. I called the office and they quickly sent me a claim form and sent me a check for the claim. Accidents happy when you move, but its all about the company you choose and how they take care of things. I am so happy and relieved that I chose Element. My sister is moving to CA in the next few months and she is also going to use Element. more

I found Element Moving and Storage through a Google search. I then saw them on Citysearch and Yelp and knew I was working with a good company. Their price was right in the middle, not too high, not too low. I never go with the cheapest company because that's usually what you get- cheap service. Though their prices were average, their service was superior! They sent me four of the most hard working, careful, sweet and most importantly, concerned movers to take care of my items. They moved things with utmost care and wrapped the furniture like I have never seen before. I have used 2 other moving companies in the past, I will not mention their names, but needless to say, I would never use them again. I was so glad when my experience with Element changed my view of moving companies as a whole Elements employees really took pride in their work and spoke very highly about their company. Working in HR, I find this very important. I love working with companies where the employees are genuinely happy to come to work, even though their job is hard as hell in the Texas heat. . I can honestly say I'd recommend Element Moving and Storage to anyone and everyone moving in this area. more

I had a great moving experience with Element a few weeks ago. I booked my move with a very nice sales lady over the phone. the dispatcher called me 2 days before the move and was really helpful. I thought I would be ready to move, but i was nowhere close to ready. she told me not to worry about it and said that the guys would bring extra material to help me move. she said they would show up between 8-9 and they were there at 7:45, eager and waiting to work. the guys from element came in and worked wonders in my home. in a matter of 9 hours they had everything ready to go. the following day they loaded my shipment onto the truck and were on their way to my new residence in OK. my items arrived the next day and everything was in perfect condition. the guys put my beds together and put everything in the proper place. we were totally downsizing, so i had them drop off the majority of my things in a public storage and they were really cool about it even though it was more work. i will soon be buying a house out here and would love to have the same crew move me back from storage to my house. more

We just moved from TX to Fl and Element was the company we chose. Their onsite guy was right on! He was off by about 20 cubic feet, which is pretty good. The crew was very nice and quick and my belongings were in FL within a week. I was overjoyed not to have to live in a hotel for too long. Lee was in contact me with me the during the entire process and he was always very professional and courteous. I have had bad experiences with moving companies in the past and this one changed my overall opinion of moving. Its not that hard if you have a good company to work with. We moved during a very busy time for our family. My daughter just had surgery the day before, my dog was sick and about to die, my husband broke his arm, and to top it off, we had to move with very short notice. Element Moving came in and completed everything quickly and easily. I seriously couldnt have done this without them. Now that i have gotten settled into my new place the first thing i wanted to do was to write this note telling them how happy i was to choose them. Thanks Element for the job well done.
