Excellent 1/21/2014

This was our third move using Element movers. We are extremely pleased with these guys. They are fast but also careful with our belongings. Every crew we have used has been very friendly so helpful! We plan to use element next time, too! more

Great deal 1/14/2014

Used them thru groupon. Arrival was said to be between 12 & 2, they showed at 1:45. Fast and efficient movers. Would use again more

Excellent Moving Experience 1/13/2014

The 3 guys that moved me on 1-31-2013 were both professional and friendly. They were very agreeable in doing what was asked of them. They made suggestions that made sense, and were friendly while they worked. They were time conscious and completed the move in less time that estimated. I would highly recommend this company and especially this team. more

Fast and Effecient 1/6/2014

We were TOTALLY impressed with Element moving. Sheila done a great job of coordinating our move. We decided to schedule it a week early - she made it happen. Jeremy took the time to explain the process BEFORE we signed the contract and we agreed upon stop and start times. We expected the norm: slow movers, unwilling to go the extra mile, dragging things out... Nope! We merged two apartments into a home (requiring multiple stops) and they still got things done timely. Jeremy, Roberto, and Eleazor were fast, efficient, and very courteous. They were careful with our things, treated them like thier own, and always used "sir and ma'am". Our things were undamaged, moved in exactly where we wanted, and we couldn't have been happier. Afterwards, we were also impressed with the cash control process (they take the cash and provide you a tag from the actual deposit bag). Overall, thrilled with the processes and staff!! We are grateful they helped us get settled & have a great Christmas in our new home! We will definitely recommend them to others and use this service again. more

Great Pre- and day-of service...lackluster finish 1/3/2014

We had a seamless quote and pre-move experience and we LOVED our moving team. They were quick and efficient. Everything was wrapped up and they did not extend past the allotted time frame. Unfortunately, we had two items injured during the process and no one ever followed up with us to discuss how we could correct the problem. We understand that moving is treacherous and sometimes stuff breaks but the lack of post-communication was disappointing. more

Elle at Element was amazing, very professional. We had trouble dealing with the port/import company in Haifa and were charged more than expected. Elle maintained contact with the port/company and had the extensive and unexpected bill reduced immensely. She gave us great service and Element movers wrapped our items so that no damage was done during the long and extensive move overseas. If you ever need to move overseas, Element is the one to do it with! more

Quick and easy move 11/29/2013

Mike, Eddy and Frank did an excellent job. They braved the cold weather and had everything loaded in a timely manner. With the convenience of having Element store my belonging while we wait to close on our new house I would definitely recommend them. Brandi was very helpful even offering help while on vacation. My experience with Element was pleasant and Mike, Eddy and Frank executed the job in the most professional and efficient manner. I feel confident when we get our things in a few weeks it will be the same experience. more

Excellent Moving Experience!!! 11/13/2013

After extensive research, I found that Element Moving and Storage to be the only reputable, trustworthy, and all-in-one company available. They exceeded all my expectations in every area. Their customer service was exceptional from everyone in the office, to the gentlemen moving our house. Jesus, Jonathan, and Juan were courteous, efficient, and prompt in every definition of the words. They took great care to organize, wrap, and catalog everything for safe shipping. In the office, Julie and Hollie went above and beyond their required responsibilities to accommodate our move and make it seamless and stress-free. Thank you to all the great people at Element Moving for taking great care of us through this transition. more

All staff was very nice and accommodating. 11/13/2013

I was disappointed in the condition of my furnishings when they arrived. 2 months in storage and the wood furnishing suffered. From nicks, gashes, finish damage, etc. In some cases it looked like moisture damage or tape being directly on the wood and taking off the finish. The time to discover the damage was longer than the allowed claim time. For this reason, I would not recommend the service. more

Amazing efficiency! 11/7/2013

LaDarious and his crew worked as a team to orchestrate the smoothest move possible! They arrived on time and were careful to put blankets and plastic on furniture to protect it. They didn't seem phased by all the different sized boxes and random loose items we had. There was a solution to everything. There were some minor scrapes to wood pieces (where it missed being covered) and scratches on wood flooring, but we were able to repair with furniture pens. All in all, we were pleased with the move and would definitely recommend Element moving! more

Everything was handled in a professional manner and with total ease for me. From the initial phone call and consultation, down to the movers handling all of my belongings. They were there on time and had everything done within the time they quoted me. Nothing was broken and I'm happily moved in to my new space! more
