Can't complain, service was free with roadside assistance. However they could have completely removed and cleaned the fix-a-flat grime from the tire before delivery. more

Most likely the best customer service I had had in years. Mike Southern and and his staff went above and beyond my expectations when I brought my Genisis in for a few things I had a problem with. Not only did he take care of the things I ask him to but, also pointed out things I was not aware needed attention. They hit it out of the ballpark and I will definately will return for any other needs I have for my car. Thanks again Mike you guys rock! more

I purchased our 09 Sonata LTD new. Its 4 years old and I have this store handle the car exclusively. Previously in year 1 I had a few issues with the sloppiness of the techs. To the point that my car was damaged and had to be repaired after a simple warranty claim. The management took full responsibility back then, and bent over backwards to make it right. I was incensed...naturally but after a few weeks I calmed down. Now that seems like ancient history. They have had a complete change in techs, and the current management try's extremely hard to let you know how much they value your business. They know we the consumer have LOTS of choices. I heartily recommend this dealer ship and even though I had an issue in the past...I trust that would never happen with this tech and mgmt team. The sales people are fair as well. Had a warranty issue that my regular mechanic caught. Made the appointment on line because no one answers the phone there. Dropped car off in AM. Driver who took me to work was very nice. When I picked car up in late afternoon they just had me sign off and gave me a copy. Didn't look at second page until I left. It was the inspection report recommending 100's of $'s in maintenance that I just had done. A coworker looked at the list and the car and confirmed that everything listed as needing replacement or repair was in new condition. Not sure if this is part of a company policy t more
