This past October, brought my Genisis in for recall fix. Also ask them to do an oil change while there. In summation, oil change done but they told me that they did not have parts needed to do fix. Why didn't they tell me before I wasted gas to come in for the app't? The oil change was an after thought......did not really need it. Had to return some days later as oil was leeking. They said they would call me when parts were received. They never did. I stopped in in Mid Jan. to asked why they had not called. I got a "I'm sorry". Had to make another app't to get the recall fix. A week later I bring the car in for what is a 15 min. fix, wait an hour and a half and inquire how there doing and find out they had not even started. I'm now furious and talked to the service manager who did have a mechanic do the fix in ten min. They just didn't seem to care by not checking to see how the work was progressing and this was on the Genisis! Will not go there again. There is no excuse for that kind of service and I blame the service attendant. All I got from him on the above failures was " I'M SORRY"
