Met my expectations 3/18/2014

The service provided met the expectations I expected when taking my car in for service. Was surprised by the service person telling me there was a "campaign" notice on my car requiring all door latches to be changed. He said I needed to leave it for 3 hours which I couldn't so I have to reschedule to have that done. more

I came into the new Scottsdale location and it is top notch. Service was great and they gave me the oil change for free because of survey feedback I had given them when I purchased my car. I highly recommend this location. more

Good Service 3/6/2014

Went for Oil Change -- so not major service. Went without appointment which meant I had to wait for 2 hours (was told upfront and they did take little under 2 hrs). There was coffee / snack / TV while I waited. There was also play area for toddlers and Scottsdale airport next to it meant one can spend some time looking at planes take off / land along with checking out cars on the lot. Cost is little higher (thats why 4stars) than what you can get outside but they put recommended viscosity oil and do wash your car as well. more

Brilliant new facility for Earnhardt Hyundai 3/4/2014

I already love my Santa Fe for its great features and size, yet I was unprepared for the lovely new facility housing Earnhardt Hyundai in North Scottsdale. I went for my first service visit yesterday and was blown away by the comfort of the place and the incredible service I received. If you are looking for a new car don't go any further than Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd - there you will find a great dealership in Earnhardt Hyundai! more

Greeted immediately. Told service advisor that I was on little bit of time crunch and was most accommodating. Dealership was spotless. Waiting area with refreshments was handled above and beyond. more
