The whole thing was a bad experience! From the rudeness of the service people to not calling or accepting the warranty company payment to not explaining the charges. Mike and Norm are horrible and I would not go back because of the two of them alone! more

Hyundai Sonata Repaired Quickly 9/30/2013

Brought car in because it wouldn't start without jumping the battery. Needed the starter-- not the battery-- repaired. Everyone was friendly and professional. Even though the garage had a full schedule, the repair was done that afternoon. While it was being repaired, I took advantage of the free shuttle to take me home. After only 2 hours my car was ready to go. I was happy with how well and quickly everything was done. more

I think this dealership is great! Although I can only speak from a service standpoint, I can't sing the praises of Mike and his staff enough. Appts are convenient, work done right the first time, vehicle is ready when they say, and I'm always treated respectfully. I can personally say from all my experiences there, everyone I've dealt with seems to go out of their way to accommodate me....always. more

Unhappy with Earnhardt 9/16/2013

I recently had a blowout and came to Earnhardt because I drive a 2012 Hyundai and the AAA guy told me the tire looked defective. Your guy said "road hazard". Charged me nearly $200.00 for a new tire. I am a 72 year old woman. I trusted him, but when I called my son in law he told me to take a picture of the tire. I did, and other men including the people at Discount tire said the tire looks defective in the pictures. Too late for me I guess, but would I recommend Earnhardt? NO. It also took almost two hours to get the tire changed. I have written to Hyundai,,,,,,,,this is my third new car Hyundai purchase. I love Hyundai. First time I have ever been dissatisfied with my service . Joan benton more
