Both in his ability to answer all my questions in a super prompt manner, and his ability to make me feel like im the most important client he has despite the fact that I know he's got dozens. In their efforts in trying to short sale my home, Duffy really went above and beyond and i really appreciate that most. Unfortunately the efforts were a bit too late according to my mortgage company's ideology and they did indeed go through with the foreclosure sale. I am still grateful for their organization. I will not hesitate to reach out to Duffy in the future and or recommend their services to all I know who have a need that they can handle. God bless them! They were amazing in those short few days we worked on this. more

Melanie at Duffy Realty was extremely helpful and knew what she was doing. She kept us on track during a very long, and upsetting short sale process. She was always quick to give honest advice that helped us feel that we could trust her and that she had our best interest in mind. We are now believers in the Duffy method! The use of technology was prevalent throughout the entire process which made everything that much smoother and faster. Justin was great and showed us as many houses as we needed! I am incredibly pleased with the work of Brian Pass at Duffy. Brian and I have been working together to sell my existing home and purchase a new one. We went through the sales process of showing after showing, contract negotiation, accepting offers, rejecting offers, trying to get the most value for the house and making as few concessions as possible. Brian’s knowledge guided me to an eventual sale in a neighborhood that was depressed compared to the rest of the market. Furthermore, he sold my home at a higher price point than every comp that came in. I’m convinced he would have been able to sell it for even more, had the appraisal not come in so low. Brian has some specific talents that make him stand head and shoulders above other realtors I’ve met. His attention to detail, intricate knowledge of the market place, negotiating skill and tireless work ethic make you feel as though you get what you’re paying for and even more. I am so grateful for the Duffy system -- I saved about $5,000 and was thrilled about that because it enabled me not to have to bring money to closing, which had been the main concern when I had put it up for sale earlier as a FSBO. Having to come up with an extra $5,000 to close would have been difficult, so I feel very fortunate. Also, as a FSBO I had it priced much lower than I did with Duffy. At first I was a bit nervous about listing it so high, but I believe Rhonda was right about the pricing strategy that the company recommends. I would definitely sell my house through Duffy again. more

Barbara was the agent at Duffy who showed me NUMEROUS properties. She has a wonderful attitude, is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. I never felt pressured or like an annoyance through this process with her. After Barbara and I found the property I wanted to make an offer on, she referred me to Martin. Martin is one of the most informed people in real estate out there. He has answered every question, allowed my rants, and truly never disappointed me. I was listening to the radio one day and heard the Duffy Realty ad and how Chuck Oliver had sold his home through Duffy. My husband and I had been trying to decide whether to sell our house and the low commission rate prompted us to give it a try. The rest is history as our house showed the morning after we listed it and the couple put an offer in the same day and we were under binding contract the next day!! I had used Duffy Realty several times before and I recently had occasion to use them again. I asked for a specific type of agent and they picked a wonderful agent to help us with our house hunting. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. These qualities go a long way during an often confusing and stressful time. Plus Duffy's deal was especially a bargain with my buyer's rebate. We were listed with another agent who said that they knew short sales. We received an offer and the bank laughed after the appraisal. The agent had our house priced way too low. We then heard about Rhonda on the radio and switched to Duffy Realty. We got a buyer within 2 days and closed within 90 days. It worked out perfectly. As Chuck Oliver says, ""Rhonda You Rock!"" more

My Duffy experience was exceptional. As a first-time home buyer I went through the motions of trying to find the perfect area, the perfect house for my new family and can admit I was all over the place for a moment. My agent, Alison Foster, was very patient and extremely sympathetic and empathetic. She was with us EVERY step of the way offering her expert advise. She was always available to answer questions and for showings and did everything the BEST attitude. She was always supportive and motivational through the process and that really helped through our let down moments and it pushed us to find the perfect home. She offered us an excellent buyers timeline, kept us on track, referred a great home inspector and her level of expertise was insurmountable. I came across Duffy Realty highly recommended through my mortgage consultant and, although I had no expectations in this process, they truly set the bar HIGH. more

My wife & I were looking to, both, buy a home and sell our existing home. We looked at online websites in the area we wanted and one of the homes we liked happened to be a Duffy property. We put the house on a ""short list"" of ones we wanted to see in person. We contacted Duffy Realty to setup a viewing; Patrick was our guy. I think the house we ended up seeing first that day is the house we're buying. That house was a 'short sale', so the process is much longer than purchasing a 'resale' home. We went under contract in early Dec-2012 and we will close in mid May-2013. It is/was a stressful process, but Patrick informed us this is the way it would be ahead of time and because we loved the house, we were willing to wait.We chose to list our house also using Duffy Realty because of our good experience(s) with them thus far. We listed our house in Feb-2013 and (fortunately & surprisingly) received 2 offers within the first 2 days. We accepted the 2nd offer which was at list price (also to our surprise). The good: Duffy Realty saves you money when you sell because you dont have one agent assigned to your property; they give you the tools (& list it online), but then you're the boss. The not so good: it's stressful not having that one specific person/agent, but Duffy does a good job of explaining things in advance on their website(s). It helps you anticipate what to expect. I would recommend Duffy Realty and would use them again. more
