Martin at Duffy Realty was the best real estate advisor I have ever had and I have bought and sold nearly 20 homes. Never had I experienced such a salesman with the knowledge and attention to detail as I did with Martin. It was a pleasure and I will surely use him and his great assiant Christina for future needs. It rare that I call him and he does not answer and he always returns his call promptly and professionally. In closing I like the fact that he always negotiates to get the very best deal for his clients and the way he researches properties to put our offers in the very best light. more

Our experience with Duffy Realty exceeded our own expectations, in this market. We had an offer in the first 2 weeks since we listed our home with Duffy. We did our part in getting the house ready and taking good pictures and we decided on the price. Duffy listed our home using their own superbly written description and followed up all correspondence with us promptly. The contracts team was very professional, especially Victoria. Best of all, we saved a great deal on commissions! more

We were forced to short sale our second home due to the reality we faced with current economic conditions. We talked to one agent regarding representing us, and he said that he felt we could not do it, under these circumstances. Well, that just told us we should have come to Duffy in the first place. After all, we sold another property with Duffy several years ago and saved thousands in the process.Vanessa in your Short Sale Division was great! She is knowledgeable, personable, professional and efficient. The process was very complex, with many gut wrenching twists and turns. That said, we still got this transaction done in a few short months! Guess the other agent was wrong! more

Selling your house with Duffy Realty 6/11/2012

Selling your house with Duffy Realty flat-fee is a no-brainer. You save a substantial amount and you deal directly with the buying realtors, which I prefer over going through the selling realtor (simple stuff, like, when can we view the house, discussing the condition of the house etc.) The negotiations still go through Duffy. I sold my house within 2 months at a good price. In my opinion, no other realtor could have done a better job and I saved $8,000! more
