We were very pleased with the money we saved working with Duffy. We could never have been able to afford our next home without the money we saved from our sale. The process was clean and simple….we called Duffy and they were at our house within a few days to explain the process. We were originally listed without photos but that wasn’t a problem. We had strong interest at first, but no offers. We relied on the information provided on the website to get creative and everything worked out well. Thanks Duffy for helping us buy our dream home. more

If you want all of the benefits of listing your property on the MLS & FMLS for millions of people to see and you want to keep more money after selling your property, then Duffy Realty is the absolute way to go!! I had a great experience with Duffy, I was listed on the MLS and FMLS, had a lock box, yard signage and a professional back up team to support me. Victoria and Rhonda’s marketing formula led to my successfully selling my property and putting more money in my pocket because of reduced real estate commissions. I am very pleased that I was able to sell my property and keep more of the money. Will definitely use Duffy again. more

Justin kept us informed of all property types and locations that we were interested in on a daily basis. He worked his schedule to meet with us just about anytime that we requested and was very helpful in offering comments and suggestions about the various properties. He even personally walked neighborhoods with us to meet neighbors and get the feel of the area before we actually signed. Since our signing we have already referred people to Justin and will continue to do so in the future. We couldn't have had a better agent! I have already referred people to Justin and some have already contacted him. more

Working with Martin & Christina was a wonderful experience. They paid close attention to what we were looking for and were diligent about showing us homes that most closely matched our criteria. Once we found our perfect home, which took just a couple weeks, Martin was great at negotiating our offer and contract terms, and Christina was right on top of making sure we were completing all the steps. I just can?t say enough about how awesome our experience was with the Duffy team! We couldn?t have had a better experience! more

We could not have been happier with our home buying process. Martin and his team continuously went above and beyond for us. It was more like working with a friend than a real estate agent. He was always proactive with updates and keeping us informed. I don't think anyone else could have accommodated our such short notice closing as Martin and Chris did. more

Caroline Gamma did a great job as a ?Premier Listing agent? on the sale of our home. She explained the entire process to us, helped us decide on the best listing price, promptly arranged for great photos to be taken of the home and posted on Duffy Realty?s website, followed up with potential agents and buyers, and always kept us updated on developments. Her help was especially valuable after the home was under contract and we needed to negotiate repairs requested by the buyer. Caroline's excellent advice throughout the negotiation process allowed us to come to a ""win-win"" agreement with the buyer, and the sale closed on schedule. We highly recommend Caroline to anyone considering buying or selling a home. more

I really loved working with Jan. She was very helpful and never pressured me whatsoever. As a first time home-buyer, I wasn't always sure what I should be looking for as we went through houses, but Jan was very knowledgeable and pointed out the good--and the bad--in each house. Everyone should have an agent like Sarah Prejeant at Duffy. Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She was always willing to go the extra mile. The search for the right home was a long and tedious process, but Sarah was persistent and patient the entire time. Her positive attitude made a challenging process bearable. Tabitha was a joy to work with, she made the process enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable, and as relatively new buyers she led us through the buying process step by step.
