Michael, without a doubt, is the best real estate agent on the Duffy team. He remained by my side through a +13 month ordeal with the seller and ensured I got the best deal. Todd at Duffy did an outstanding job of walking beside us as we looked, stopped looking and then started looking again until we found a good fit for our family. He is professional, does what he says he's going to do and is on top of his game. We felt confident and comfortable working with Todd. He knows the industry and the market and gave us solid guidance every step of the way. We're glad to be at the end of this process, in that we've found a home, but are glad we had Todd with us through it all. more

Randall at Duffy worked with me for quite a while looking at houses. With the slow market, we had to jump on houses as soon as they came open if I was interested in them. I tried to put offers on about 10 houses that were purchased before I could get my offer in, it was pretty frustrating. Randall however kept at it with me until we found the right house and got the first offer in. I'm very happy with the house I ended up with and the purchase price.\r more

My wife and I had 2 bad experiences trying to buy a home in the last year with 2 different agents from another company. The third time was the charm as our home buying experience with Duffy has been great! It took no time for Terrell to find and show us the perfect home and LaShawn helped us negotiate the best deal possible. I loved how LaShawn was always available to answer our questions. I had used 2 other agents before Tom and I was highly impressed with Tom. There was a period of time when our due diligence period was about to run out and Tom stayed up until midnight waiting for the seller to send back the amendment and he kept me informed every step of the way. There are truly not enough good things to say about Tom and this company.\r more

My agent was awesome! I randomly searched the internet one day and ran across the best agent. Mr. Joshua Thomas was patient. He met us on time to view the homes we were interested in, was very descriptive and assist with giving me a great detail on the ins and outs of purchasing a first home. Mr. Joshua professionalism, education of home buying and answering every question we needed in regards to the first purchase of a home gave me confidence to trust in him, to guide me with being a first time home buyer. Caroline was a huge asset in the process of buying our home. We bought new construction and some people may feel like they can approach that process without an agent. I have purchased many homes in the past, but Caroline was instrumental in ways I did not expect. She helped us pick out a fantastic lot well before any grading was done. She was tremendously knowledgeable about choices we made in upgrades for both our needs and resale value. the final product we ended up with far exceeded our expectations. The Esign was Wonderful!!! It was quick and very user friendly. But most of all my agent is who helped me the most and was so easy to talk to and very accessible when ever I needed her. Eden knows her stuff and is so knowledgeable in what she does that it really made the process go so smoothly. I highly recommend Eden Cherry to anyone who wants to buy/sell a house. Caroline Gamma is a great agent. She understood my needs, made me very comfortable, and advised me at all times. The process went really smooth because of her professional attitude and sensitivity. The credit for getting me the home of my choice within my preferential time frame goes to her, as her interaction with the seller's agent gave me an edge over other offers. If not for her, I would not have been able to nail it. She also proved to be very lucky for me! Thanks to her and Duffy Realty! It has been a pleasure to work with you!
