They did everything well 4/19/2011

It has taken me all weekend to be able to put into words how the treatment I had with your team made me feel. In one, word it made me feel respected. I cant begin to tell you how amazing it was to drive away in a car that I know is worthy , much less that I wont be paying more in interest than in car payments. You have no idea what it is to finally feel like a customer to someone instead of another bad credit target. The most important part of Friday was the customer experience I received; it was by far the best I have ever seen. Working in hotels for over 12 years I know customer service and your team was one of the best. Howard was thorough in his details about everything with the car; I knew exactly what I was getting. He was incredibly personable and his attention to details made me feel so at ease that I just knew it was going to be a good car no matter what. The finance team made me fully aware of how I was being financed and gave me everything I needed to know to make sure I could handle the payments and not feel stretched. They were all very thorough at each step and made sure I understood before moving on to the next. I can’t thank you enough for what you did for me. Its not every day someone goes out of their way to help a total stranger, but you did and I am ever so grateful. Gideon couldn’t say enough nice things about you and he was definitely right on all accounts! You can bet I will be one of your best advertising agents in DFW from here on out. I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for having such caring helpful person on your staff. \r Most often car buying can be very stressful and darning experience on a person almost like getting your teeth pulled without any pain med, but my experience was nothing short of delight full and stress-free because of one person ( Howard ) although I do understand everyone has their part in closing my deal from paper work to financial. But Howard took the cake. \r \r Example: \r \r As I drove home after purchasing my car, I notice that my car kept going to the right (alignment and some break issues) I was very upset thinking that these are very basics things any new car should have or check for. Next day I informed Howard of this and he told me rather having to drive back to dealership ( I live in Mansfield, TX) or taking the time of my day from work to get this done, he would come the hotel get it fixed . so this morning he showed up RIGHT on time which is a true value for any business to have, and picked my car to get it fixed. \r On the an ending note I would say I’ll recommend Howard to anyone who wants to buy a car and change their perception of a Car Salesman. Already looking forward to buying my next car form Howard….. \r WOW……….WOW……….WOW……. experience. \r Thank you, Thank you, Thank you : )\r more

bring a lawyer with you and a tape recorder 3/7/2011

The good: Selection of luxury cars at below market prices The bad: poor customer service; disrespectful to women (specifically LEAR); bring a lawyer and tape recorder with you if they promise to do ANYTHING after you car is purchased. DO NOT accept the "WE OWE". According to LEAR, it is "just a piece of paper". "It means nothing". My experience > Purchased my vehicle in December 2010 >Still working with numerous people (they all pass the buck) to obtain a refund for their warranty. > It took my boyfriend having a "discussion" with LEAR before the parts for the work they "owed" miraculously "just showed up". This was after 10 phone calls and a visit back to the dealership. This was also after Lear LIED to my face and told me the parts were not there and they would take care of it in a few weeks. 10 minutes later, after my boyfriend got out of the car, the parts were miraculously available! > They "test drove" my car and damaged it the day before I was to pick it up--- And then tried to say I DAMAGED IT!!!! > My boyfriend had to get involved for them to fix the bumper. > I just had $15000 worth of turbo work done (Thank GOD it was covered by the warranty) because they damaged the turbo valves when they "test drove" the car. If you buy from them, BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS. Seriously---- come with spy cameras, tape recorders and a legal representative before signing ANYTHING or buying ANYTHING. Specific snakes to look out for: Ralph Knight and Lear Hillman. They will F*#@ you if you are not on top of things. more

Everything was great here, Im excited I got a luxury car plus power..I grew up with V8 engines and cars that can really pick up speed and on this Jaguar XJ does just that plus the beautiful luxury in it you step on the gas and it rides! It moves with power and I love it! Brand new I know this car is about 60K+a and knowing I got it for 23k is an excellent price and only had 36,000 miles its definitely in excellent condition. Well, we will be in the market again really soon to replace my wifes car and will be coming back to you guys. I wouldnt change anything about Driversselect.- David more
