It has taken me all weekend to be able to put into words how the treatment I had with your team made me feel.
In one, word it made me feel respected.
I cant begin to tell you how amazing it was to drive away in a car that I know is worthy , much less that I wont be paying more in interest than in car payments.
You have no idea what it is to finally feel like a customer to someone instead of another bad credit target.
The most important part of Friday was the customer experience I received; it was by far the best I have ever seen. Working in hotels for over 12 years I know customer service and your team was one of the best.
Howard was thorough in his details about everything with the car; I knew exactly what I was getting.
He was incredibly personable and his attention to details made me feel so at ease that I just knew it was going to be a good car no matter what.
The finance team made me fully aware of how I was being financed and gave me everything I needed to know to make sure I could handle the payments and not feel stretched.
They were all very thorough at each step and made sure I understood before moving on to the next.
I can’t thank you enough for what you did for me. Its not every day someone goes out of their way to help a total stranger, but you did and I am ever so grateful. Gideon couldn’t say enough nice things about you and he was definitely right on all accounts! You can bet I will be one of your best advertising agents in DFW from here on out.
