The customer service demonstrated by 6/6/2012

The customer service demonstrated by Keenan was phenomenal. Everything is fine the way it is. My sales person, Keenan McNealy, was awesome. He was very patient, kind, and made the process easy. Especially when I was undecided if I wanted to take the vehicle or not, he stuck by me throughout the process. It has been 11 years since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. The reason for the length of time was I got tired of being haggled and nagged all those years when shopping other dealerships. But not Keenan, he assured me that I could get everything I wanted and he made it happen. This man deserves a huge raise and bonus! more

This is by far the most different dealership i've ever been to! Excellent customer service, they're not pushy at all, I found the Challenger I wanted at a price I wanted, and got everything done efficiently. I never felt pressured and didnt feel like my time was wasted. THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ME IS A STRONG MUST GO TO IT'S WORTH CHECKING OUT more

Happy we came here 5/21/2012

Everything was really great. I am mad at myself for not putting down a deposit on the car I originally saw on the website. When I got to ready to come in and buy David told me that somebody had already bought my car and I was heartbroken. I told David to call me if he found something that he thought I would like and he did. I am really happy with my car now and so glad I got to work with someone as nice and patient as David Davis. David and Steven are keepers... Ya'll keep them around. They are a great representation of your company! Thanks! more

Definitely a great dealership to do business with 5/8/2012

I have wanted to brag about Gene and Sammy tosomeone, even Steven who signed my paperwork. Everyone there was unbelievablyhelpful! I had worked with Gene on over the phone and really liked him. When Igot to the dealership Gene was still helping some other customers so Sammystepped in and took care of me and he was awesome! I got a approved throughCapitol one but I appreciate Gene and Sammy getting this done cause I have hada rough couple of years through losing my job and I know it wasn't easy butthey did it! I would recommend you guys toanyone!! I had to come check ya'll out because I couldn't stop hearing aboutyou guys!!! Whoever is in charge of your marketing is doing great because driversselectcom is everywhere!! Can't say enough nice things about driversselect! Awesome way to do business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5/2/2012

This was by far the best car buying experience ever. My wife, little boy and I came in late Saturday night trying to figure out what we wanted to do and if we even wanted to purchase the vehicle. Gene was just great. He was so patient and even when I called him back on Monday morning telling him that the car seat wouldn't fit in the back, he let us bring it back in and switch to the Camry. That is what I call customer service! I work in customer service daily and I was blown away by the effort and time these guys went to up there to make sure that we got the right car. Awesome way to do business.I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to driversselect! Thanks Gene! more

Excellent! and Easy, Excellent Driversselect 4/23/2012

This was so easy... I did everything online and by the time I arrived Lisa had the car pulled up ready to test drive. She was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions.I wouldnt change a thing..Overall awesome experience... From the first phone call to the walk out to my new car, everything was easy and smooth. Thanks so much for all the hard work to help me get a new vehicle. more

Lisa was really great and professional 3/26/2012

I really enjoyed the simplicity of everything... Also Lisa was great help! You can tell she really takes her job very serious and takes the time to learn the cars. Nothing else could have been better. I appreciated the follow up call from Lisa letting me know about my navigation disk. Best car buying experience 3/20/2012

I didn't give the score DS earned it. Everything for the cars to select from to the salesman ( Nick Rojas) who was great, to the service person who gased the car up and put on the license plate the experience was the best I ever ran across.it would be hard to make the experience any better. I wouldn't change a thing at all…this car buying experience was top of the line and I telling everyone I know to go there. Thanks for everything!!!!!!!!!!! more

Well this is the 3rd car I have bought from ya’ll and I would have to say it’s because you guys make it so easy. It’s just really simple and easy! I mean, I would change nothing! I just love how fast and easy everything is. I had never worked with Gene before but I will make sure I work with him again. He is awesome at his job! The MAIN reason I gave this score is because of your salesperson, David Davis! From the first day I spoke with David he made the process very smooth. He was very helpful to say the least. Every question and concern I had he addressed promptly. He was very honest about everything. There were no hidden costs are agendas. LUV MY MERCEDEZ BENZ 1/14/2012

My wife and I had been to several dealerships and was nothing but run around. At Driver Select website it was easy from the standpoint that they have tons of pictures making it easy to navigate. I want to take the time to thank Nick Rojas for all the hard work on the purchase of my Mercedez Benz. I had couple of issues but were resolved professionally without problem. I would gladly return to Drivers select for another vehicle purchase. Keep Up The Good Work !!! more
