The customer service demonstrated by Keenan was phenomenal.
Everything is fine the way it is.
My sales person, Keenan McNealy, was awesome. He was very patient, kind, and made the process easy. Especially when I was undecided if I wanted to take the vehicle or not, he stuck by me throughout the process. It has been 11 years since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. The reason for the length of time was I got tired of being haggled and nagged all those years when shopping other dealerships. But not Keenan, he assured me that I could get everything I wanted and he made it happen. This man deserves a huge raise and bonus!
