LUV MY MERCEDEZ BENZ 1/14/2012

My wife and I had been to several dealerships and was nothing but run around. At Driver Select website it was easy from the standpoint that they have tons of pictures making it easy to navigate. I want to take the time to thank Nick Rojas for all the hard work on the purchase of my Mercedez Benz. I had couple of issues but were resolved professionally without problem. I would gladly return to Drivers select for another vehicle purchase. Keep Up The Good Work !!! more

I never felt pressured at all and when we hit the little bump in my searches with the Mustang, you said don't worry about it, we will keep looking. That's honestly what kept me there. Experience was fun and simple 1/1/2012

\r I just purchased a new vehicle from DS today. I would like to point out that my sales person, \r \r Kevin Keough, was awesome. He made this the simplest, easiest and most stress free vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Threatened not to issue plates, harrassed and clld names 12/15/2011

When I went there of course they were nice and friendly. After I signed the SPOT agreement (google this first) and took the car I started being harrassed day in and day out, they called my job, they wanted to go to my job, then came to my house and called me a name when i told them I was not signing another agreement. When they had harrassed me over the phone I got calls from Jamie Lofking, "noon" some asian, and the wanna be singer working there named Afton Stark. One threatened saying I would be "driving illegally", another one said the "VIN number" is all they needed and that's why they neede to talk to me. By lying you weren't going to get me to go in. The VIN number was right on paperwork so I know that wasn't the reason they wanted to see me. Threatening me with driving illegally after signing and taking car wasn't either because I know I can contact the TX DMV. After they came to my house and called me a name (Jamie Lofkin), I wrote them a certified letter and they stopped and suddenly everything was fixed and there wasn't a problem. I got my license plates in the mail...without the registration paperwork. Never ever did I think this would be a horrible experience because I hear about them on the radio. So far no problem with car, it's this second rate car sales place and it's stupid people that work there. more

Warranty is scam. Misrepresentation of auto history 11/18/2011

Misrepresent minor damage (less than $1000) turned out the whole front had been crashed. Way over $1000, and had to pay for other repairs as a result that cropped up soon after. Warranty they sold was useless and should have paid for warped oil pan. Never paid a dime or followed up to resolve with us. No good faith if problem. Left hanging. Also said all work & maintenance done to BMW standards. Shop that did repairs of the repairs says no. Had green coolant vs. BMW blue. First sign when coolant light went on soon after buying. more

Car had some issues but worked to make things right 11/18/2011

A sales guy misrepresent minor damage (less than $1000) turned out the whole front had been crashed. Way over $1000, and we had to pay for other repairs as a result that cropped up soon after. Warranty sold turned out not to pay for any of the 3 items so it is not a factory warranty like implied. They did end up working to pay for some the the repairs and trained sales not to make representations that are not factual. Will be canceling the remainder of the warranty to help pay for an uncovered $950 repair. The dealer now recommends any car purchase should be checked out by a mechanic prior to purchasing. Good advice. more

Wanted to thank Lisa Hope for my friend,He bought a 2010 Santa Fe from her. He wanted me to let you know that she did a phenomenal job with him, and to let you know that he was simply amazed by the deal he got on the car. Beware 10/11/2011

In July I made an appointment to visit the salesman and the dealership. We were told everything was ready and rode the DART train to the Zoo exit and walked across the highway to the dealership. We had to wait almost an hour even though we had an appointment only to find out the car we went to see was locked inside a pen and the only person at the dealership who had a key, had gone home. We could look at the car through the fence and could see that it was no where near ready to look at, much less test drive. We rode the train home instead of driving our new car. This past week, a new sales person from the dealer called me about another SUV they had on the lot. In July I had our car sold for $5000 but this time Driver Select only gave me an offer of $3000 on our car. Kelly Blue Book still shows the car as being worth $5000. In the mean time during the negotiation process, they sell the SUV to someone else and fail to tell me about this. It is a good thing I did not sell our current SUV hoping to buy the new SUV from this company. I have since instructed them to take my telephone number out of their index and do not want them to contact me ever again. If your going to deal with this dealership, do not sell your car in advance or believe anything they tell you. Finally, they do not respond to customer complaints either. I emailed their manager only to be ignored. more
