I mailed my car payment on oct 6, 08, to date no payment received. the csr was rude and just says to call back tomorrow, i did talk to a supervisor last week who suggested i put a stop payment on the 2 checks, my son helped me make my car payment. if we do that, there will be 2 stop payment charges, then if checks received by drive, we will be charged a fee for stop payments. i did talk to a supervisor last week and she did tell me to put a stop payment on the checks since i dont want them floating around. when i called the csr 2day, i asked to speak with the supervisor, i was informed she was helping another customer,then when i asked to hold for her, the csr says shes at lunch. so in my opinion she lied. i dont know what to do. i emailed drive, no response, i am now writing a letter. the phone #'s listed always bring you to customer service so you cant talk to an administrator or anyone with some kind authority, seems all they want is their money, which they are getting me for 21.75% interest, they will not re-negotiate either, its in their FAQ.

Cons: they are rude, they lie, refuse to listen, they are like a recording, no payment received.
