If you want to do the right thing and try to pay your bills on time, this is not the company for you...they will ""lose"" payments and in spite of faxing and sending proof of payment to them via Certified Mail, they will still tack on fees and charges.\r

If you want your telephone blown up by an autodialer at least every 15 minutes and then abusive, confrontational collectors to deal with, then this is the company you want to deal with.\r

Never, ever, ever again.
Pros: I finally got rid of these vultures, thanks to a very good consumer rights attorney...their own sloppy paperwork did them in.
Cons: Predatory lenders, very disorganized, rude & bullying reps.
