Purchased 2004 Mercedes CLK500 back in Feb. for $18500. Really wanted this car, credit sucked and they took advantage. Put $6k down and paying 20%. Was sold on future promises, along with a warranty that wouldnt cover car. They promised that once I purchased the first car with them the second time around would be no problem with their program. Pay on it for six months and then we will get you into something else.
After two weeks, I received a letter from the warranty company saying that they would not cover this type of vehicle, so now I am stuck with a high mileage Mercedes and no warranty. Now I am looking to replace the Mercedes with something more practical, and all I get is the run around. And to top it off, they offer me $11K for my car only 5 months & 3k miles later. First I am approved and then no. I need more documentation, then no. Looking to buy a SUV and tried to negociate and was told that that was the lowest they could do, even for a repeat customer. Waited 2 weeks for something different to come on lot, and all of a sudden the price goes down $1K.
Bottom line is this: if you have bad credit and want to get screwed, go to Nightmare Cars!! They love sub prime lending and their cars are over priced.
Will never waste another minute there again.
Oh, and by the way, the 5 star reviews are usually done in the office with the sales person. They get an extra bonus if the customer gives a good review. So why else would someone waste their time doing this.
Pros: Very friendly, courteous, and helpful.
