Dish Network has a great basic package, offered us free DVR with signup, and gave us a two tv setup so that both tv's could be hooked up and see separate channels. There are kinks, but on the whole much better than anything we had with DTV. We pay a little more, but get so much extra that it's worth it. more

Resolved 1/4/2011

When my husband and I married and moved in together he had regular cable and I was a Dish network customer. It took a couple months of talking to him and showing him the reviews that Dish network had before I could get him to even consider changing companies. Finally he gave in and now he recommends Dish network to everyone that he talks to about which is the best. Sometimes the signal gets bad when there is a storm but its resolved in a couple of minutes. more

Dish Network 12/28/2010

I’ve been a Dish Network user for about 5 years now. Several times I’ve been tempted to switch to a different service provider, but decided against it, and I believe right now, among all sattlite service providers, Dish Network offers the best value for the money. more
