The absolute worst property management on the face of this earth. Lost three of our rental checks. You can barely understand what they are saying thru what they are eating. Unprofessional as they come. Mike Couture the property manager never returns calls not an upstanding person at all. Most importantly the Master Deed that you sign and they sign at your closing is not worth the paper it is printed on. They do not up hold any of the by laws or rules. They just want your HOA and off no assistance after you rent or buy. Please STAY AWAY from this rat hole of people. more

If you are not bothered by kids playing in dumpsters because their parents don't watch them, numerous cats running loose, trash-mattresses and furniture littering apartment yards and parking lots, if you don't mind major pot holes in the driveway and parking lots, nasty pool, and decayed broken asphalt everywhere, then you may like this place. The apts. off the first rotary are the worst I've seen and have paper thin walls. Deer Field has a section of beautiful homes and some decent vacation condos off the rotaries. The apartments up front near Hwy. 17 are bad and some decent people live there and are in the middle of a declining mess. The empty unused golf courses and golf house are an eyesore. I feel bad for the people who have purchased property there. The one apt. complex is a total slum. Pros: Nice homes and condos in specific areas Cons: Apartments are a mess, floods during a rain, too much trash more

I have not had any property maintenance in 8 months. YET they keep raising the HOA fees? $70,000 collected for ""enhancing the pool area""... yet bushes overgrown 8 MONTHS? And the Golf Course is in litigation... So it is not maintained either... So you are enhancing my property value how????? \r I can't wait until you people are AUDITED by the IRS Cons: Homeowners monies collected but no maintenance is done. more
