If you are not bothered by kids playing in dumpsters because their parents don't watch them, numerous cats running loose, trash-mattresses and furniture littering apartment yards and parking lots, if you don't mind major pot holes in the driveway and parking lots, nasty pool, and decayed broken asphalt everywhere, then you may like this place.
The apts. off the first rotary are the worst I've seen and have paper thin walls.
Deer Field has a section of beautiful homes and some decent vacation condos off the rotaries.
The apartments up front near Hwy. 17 are bad and some decent people live there and are in the middle of a declining mess. The empty unused golf courses and golf house are an eyesore. I feel bad for the people who have purchased property there. The one apt. complex is a total slum.
